This is a fraud company. Cancel the membership in Fitlane transition but they still continued to charge and take money from bank account. Went to customer service with no help and now after 2 years, they are sending messages to pay more money through the collection agency. Please stay away ...

Impossible to cancel your subscription if you move to another city, even though it's part of the contract. Bunch of thieves!

Fitness Park Plaza Rio 2 has overcharged me for a monthly fee, when I cancelled within the established deadlines and they don't give me a solution

Dont ever think to join this company its the worst. Dont belive on what you see in social media
Most of machines are arbs machines and broken , they dont work most of the time
All what they say is a loe they said to me the gym subscription is worldwide everywhere you go you van train which is not true i verified it myself in spain in morocco as well dosent work
They say you have to pay only 29€ per month. Then each 3 minth they will cut 10€ or more. Its called the price of material like we pay for the machines that they will buy
, if you touch somthing that its already broke they will come and say that you broke it so you will pay for it not them they arr a scam i dont even give 1 star i give them -1star run for your life specially the one in ( plan de compagne , marseille,france

They have been deducting payments for their additional services although they told me verbally it was a free 1-month service. Watch out.

They refuse to cancel your membership even if it is your right to do so. We have been trying to cancel our memberships for more than a year now. We 've sent numerous emails, called and visited the gym in person. We even have an email confirming our cancellation, but they keep deducting money from our accounts. In the end we had to instruct our bank to stop the debit order. No they are using a debt collection agency to recover the funds from us.

A bunch of criminals.

I never seen such an unprofessional and impolite and disrespectful costumer service in my entire life. They treat people like garbage and they keep stealing money from your bank account even if you wanted to end your membership, please be aware and dont be fooled by the marketing that they do. None of these promises exist.

This company is fraudulent, you continued to take money from my account despite being closed, you owe me hundreds of euros but when contacted there has been no response. I have demanded a refund yet i will proceed with legal action if i do not get a response from your team.
