Great price/great product. Delivery?

Their website offered a terrific price on a rowing machine that I wanted to purchase. It appeared that they promised delivery in 3-5 days. Within a few hours I received order confirmation, but then no other communication. After 8 days, a shipping company contacted me informing me that my order would be delivered in 2 days.

My order was delivered in perfect condition. The purchase price was much lower than others, but the long wait for accurate delivery information was distressing.
