Just had wardrobe doors replaced with sliding ones. From start to finish the service has been first class. The fitting team of Jack & Ash arrived promptly, worked hard and were very polite and the doors look amazing. They even finished long before we expected them to.

We first found Fitrite when we moved to the area 30 years ago. They then only advertised in a local free paper. We were delighted with the wardrobes they fitted then and so did not hesitate to contact them a few weeks ago when we moved. We could not be happier with the whole experience, from the quote to choosing the product to fitting. We would not hesitate in recommending them and have done so many times over. They now have a showroom but if there are any locals that wish to view our wardrobes please make contact. C

Love our wardrobes. We had the entire house renovated and got quotes from a number of companies for fitted wardrobes (we had a very big area to fill). The chap who came out to measure knew his stuff and we were delighted with the end result.

The price was lower too than other quotes and the quality great.

We have just had wardrobes fitted by two fantastic fitters Jack and Ethan who did a fabulous job, they were extremely polite and worked very hard we are over the moon with the finished product. I have used Fitrite before (3 times) and there service and products are still as good back in the 1990. Thank you everyone at Fitrite. Cath & Pete

Really good service from beginning to end. Andy and Daniel came to fit our wardrobes and managed it in half a day. The wardrobe and bespoke chest of drawers were both really well made, and despite us making a wrong choice of handle, the fitters suggested a much more suitable handle on the day, which they supplied and fitted. A really professional company and we will be back. Recommended.

Seems like all the reviews on here are for the decking company fitrite.info but at the top of the page it shows fitrite.co.uk which is a fitted wardrobe company.

The wardrobe company is a 5 star company.

If I could give no stars I would,2 months ago I complained the decking had sunk in the middle,a rep came out and agreed and said it was a health and safety issue and said he would email the office and said it was urgent for the work to be carried out they said the work would commence on the 31/8/21, which is 17 days ago,I haven't received any emails or phone calls since .I keep texting (lee)the rep and he just says I'll chase it up
I have had to put timber struts underneath to stop it sinking anymore

A guy came out and i explained what i wanted. He measured, drew the area out on paper and gave me a quote, with a 27%discount. This was 7th july, i was told it could be fitted end of july. I paid my deposit and was told someone will contact you monday and book you in. Monday came, nothing. Tuesday came, i rang them to be told a surveyor needed to come and double check everything, he came thursday, he said he wasnt a surveyor and was here to measure again. Friday morning i received a call to be told there are discrepancies between both measurements and could the original gent come out and remeasure. I let them. Friday evening i then received an email to be told he had measured wrong on his first visit and had measured a metre short which worked out at just short of £700. I explained he had admitted to measuring incorrectly and that i shouldnt be penalised for his wrong doing especially as id paid my deposit based on my quote. He said in the email he would throw the steps in for free but then when he rang he said he would knock £277 off the extra £700 they wanted to charge me. Again my response was this is your mistake. Iv paid my deposit based on your quote. I then received a further call from the boss, very apologetic stating he was sorry that this had been going on a month and could he come to check the measurement and for us to come to an agreement. At this point i had had enough and asked for my deposit back, this being due to the fact if they cant get it right now and the customer experience i had over a period of a month was unbelievable. I dread to think how their customer service had been should there have been any issues after my purchase. It took just short of a week for our refund, i am so glad i got out. Not a business i would recommend at all. I dont even know how they are still in business.

About 3weeks ago I called fitrite for a quotation for decking ,balastrairs,they sent a sales man down very nice lad quoted me a good price what I could afford ,he said he will email the details back ,after 3 weeks nothing ,I then phoned them to see what was happening they informed me that the man has left the company ,so they said they will send a new man Ian ,he was very nice , but then he 're did the quote and the price changed to 4.000 pounds ,for it to be enclosed underneath which I did not want ,unfortunately for me I didn't read previous reviews for this company I was 5 minutes from signing the contract,I nearly did , so together there was 18 reviews I read that were all poor or bad workmanship or after sales problems ,after I read that my answer was no ,wow got out of that one by the skin of my teeth.

Had a booking for a quote for replacing 4.2m x 6.8m decking at 2pm today 22/06/2021. THEY NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO TURN UP!

Poor customer service and quality. Avoid!

Bought the decking several years ago which I am made up with except for edging strips which become faded and brittle after about 12 months.
Recently contacted company to PURCHASE replacements only to be told they can’t help me and after several communications were a nice lady kept repeating I will see higher management to see what we can do have been left high and dry with decking that now looks cheap and nasty. You make up your own mind

We had decking fit in March 2021 and are over the moon with it. We were nervous as it’s a big expense, but it was money definitely well spent. We absolutely love it! Chris the sales guy came out to quote initially and was fab, not pushy and really professional. We decided to go for it after a few days deliberating and a fitting date was booked. The fitters turned up bang on time each day and were really good guys, they were so professional and their attention to detail was spot on, we can’t fault anything! The glass was fit a couple of weeks after and It’s just perfect. We literally haven’t got anything bad to say other than thank you so much we would 100% recommend you and have been doing. Had decking fit in July, told them the next day (when we’d fully checked it) that it was marked But they inferred we had done this (we had not). Eventually got a date for repairs and took day off work only for them not to show, said they’d find out what was happening and call back....... nothing for a few weeks, now finally it has been repaired (2 months later). No apology, no customer service that we have witnessed and a day of my annual leave lost for nothing! Will not use them again!

THIS REVIEW IS DEFINITELY FOR FITRITE WARDROBES. DEALING WITH THEM WAS A STRESSFUL AND UPSETTING TIME, AND NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO GET MY REVIEW REMOVED!

If all goes well, you might find this company OK - I think it depends which fitter you get. Half our work was great, the other half a disaster. Then you are faced with being called a liar about faults caused by their poor workmanship, and the MD will not return calls. I had 3 recommendations for this company before ordering, but it turns out that things have gone downhill badly in the last few years.
