After Shopping around aimlessly looking at home multigyms with utter confusion i recieved a call from Phil from the Edinburgh store regarding a Marcy HG7000 Multigym i added to the cart and he was super helpful explaining the machine to me and went above and beyond to confirm actual dimensions of the equipment. The service was top rate, very friendly, very polite and very professional. He offered absolutely no pressure to purchase and i was delighted to make a purchase after calling him back not 30 minutes after the first call.
Would highly recommend, not only is the service amazing, the prices are probably the best out there.

I had the pleasure of being dealt with by the wonderful Erin.
She went out of her way to give me the most excellent customer service and liaised with her delivery department to make sure it would arrive on my wife’s birthday wow what a great service.
