I communicated quite a bit with Callum who was very helpful. I live in Guernsey Channel Islands and he sorted the shipping and because we are UK VAT exempt he sorted that to.
I was a bit tentative in ordering but he was patient and helped me decide without being at all pushy (very important to me, I do not like being pushed and would have gone elsewhere).
Looking forward to its arrival.

I found them online looking for a…
I found them online looking for a kettlebell.
I then remembered that there was a Fit shop just around the corner, so i walked in the door, asked the assistant for a 12kg kettlebell and he took me straight to the one i was looking at online.
I remember the days when the internet did not exist and you had no option other than to go to the shop, which i much prefer.
Great service, very friendly and would highly recommend.

Phil attended to my needs and boy did he serve. As someone who is neurodivergent, he approached me in a manner that made me feel safe and comfortable around his presence as dealing with people is an imposing task for myself. Customer service is amazing, I had Phillip help me out in getting some equipment and he was able to answer any and every question I had - which was a lot! I didn’t feel pressured, just reassured in what I was aiming to buy. Will be back again!
