After a mix up with timings on Friday, Abhi from Fitted Home Alarms arrived this morning at 8am to fix and service our alarm. Very professional and highly recommend

The engineer called me before arriving as arranged. He was very courteous, polite and helpful. This was a 1 year service, he explained what he was going to do and then went over a refresh of a few bits I wanted to go through. Fantastic service as always.

Our annual alarm service was due. The engineer George phoned ahead to let us know when he would arrive. He explained clearly what he would do and carried it out diligently. The system was tested satisfactorily post the work with our involvement. We have found this to be the normal high level of service when we have needed support either with an on site visit or through the remote service desk.

Excellent new smart alarm installation fitted by Mr.Abhishek recently on my home.
He was very polite and done all the required demo with the smart app as well thru the system itself.
He was very knowledgeable and kind enough to answer all my questions. So far so good, the smart app gives you the freedom to set the alarm on/off thru the phone.

First class installation absolutely no problems.

George came to do the annual service on my alarm this morning. As usual excellent customer service and very pleasant,cheerful engineer. I enquired about upgrading our system and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when he showed me two new options, even bringing the products to the door in the pouring rain. I will have no hesitation in continuing to use this excellent company.
