The fitter was on time and promptly started to fit. He was polite and did a good job. As for the quality of the job there was a damage to a shelf which he said would be replaced. We still haven’t r... See more

The service, the quality of the product and the price are all excellent. We love our fitted wardrobes!

We are delighted with our new fitted wardrobes in our loft. From the initial design to the final fit, we have had an excellent service. We were a bit sceptical about the quality of a prefabricated bespoke wardrobe using only our measurements, but the end result is excellent and just as we had hoped for

I wasn`t sure what to expect with the virtual consultation but I was pleasently surpriced. It was actually really cool , The consultant was really helpful and gave me some great ideas. It only took about an hour. Hopefully I will be placing my order very soon

In 2021 we placed an order with Fittingly for a fitted wardrobe... it was, and still is excellent quality - the service was exemplary when I needed some additional parts. They simply nailed it, in every respect.
Roll on to 2025 - placed an order for another set of custom furniture. Got it signed off, it went together reasonably well - but one of the Tops was not cut to size despite it being a central unit, nor was it supplied with an edging strip. I requested an edging strip and it arrived a few days later. I cut it to size, glued it - but unfortunately I slightly damaged the adjoining top so I asked for a replacement.
I got passed about from person to person, no-one having and answer - this happened almost a dozen times - until my emails stopped getting answered all together. As you can see from recent previous reviews - Fittingly are a shadow of what they used to be - as a result, I would not recommend them to anyone. Not even my enemy!

Most disappointing, i've been left with damage to property, an incomplete wardrobe and the damaged products supplied by fillingly left in my property and blocking my walking space. no one answers their emails . im most disapointed and will be taking this further if not resolved this week. cant believe this!

Ordered a display cabinet and shelf unit for the study. Design and measuring process very efficient. The shelf unit was delivered and fitted no problem. The display cabinet had a more glitches with the machining on the hinges and the internal lighting. Fittingly were happy to resolve but the process took over 1.5months to finally get the replacement door so comms can do with improvement in this regard. The units are now fully installed and both look very nice in our home. A shout out to the fitter, Tim who was knowledgable, clean and tidy.

We are still waiting a resolution regarding the damaged panel on our order that was installed.
We were introduced to Fittingly by Sharps, a sister company who also provided the quote to Fittingly giving Fittingly an unfair advantage when quoting

Aaron the fitter came to do the work it took him 2 days to fit 3 wardrobes and a dressing table on the 2nd day he couldn't fit the dressing table because the measurements were wrong so
so he changed the design so now we have the parts for the dressing table witch are useless and we are a wardrobe door missing it has been almost 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from fittingly i have tried calling them but I get the answer phone and no response and no reply to emails this has cost over £5000 and if it's not completed it will probably have to go in the skip i was contacted by fittingly from sharps who are there sister company.

Surprisingly good. Wasnt sure at first as I hadnt heard of them, but the entire process was smooth. Great customer service, and considering the built-in wardrobe was against an angled roof, the fitting was perfect! Very happy with them overall.

I was initially unsure about how a virtual appointment with Fittingly would work, especially without anyone visiting my home—but I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised! The whole process was seamless from start to finish. The virtual system is incredibly smart. You just hop on a video chat, share your measurements, and then choose your colour scheme and design – it couldn’t be simpler.
The salesman I spoke with was fantastic—super helpful, full of great design ideas I never would have thought of myself. He really helped bring the vision together in a way that felt both professional and personal.
The turnaround time was also impressive. From our first consultation to delivery and fitting, the whole process took just 4 weeks. I’m thrilled with the final result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fittingly to anyone looking for a new bedroom. A brilliant service all around!

Love the visualisation tool that shows how your customer design will actually look. Video call to check measurements and potential pitfalls like power sockets and light switches was very thorough and allowed the expert to suggest alternatives and tweaks.

Great service from start to finish, Joe who carried out the fitting of our wardrobe did a fantastic job.
Thank you

It's weekend now and nobody turned up for fitting for 5 days. Bunch of dishonest people. My first review had this reply

Called with witheld number and spoke to a technical teams guy who said he will personally walk in fitting department and get someone to call me. I had enough!! I want a refund now and they can collect their pieces crap wood pieces not even packed!!

Everything was exactly as expected. The fitter when over and above. We love the walk thru wardrobe and would recommend Fittingly to anyone who is looking for affordable fitted bedroom furniture.

I ordered two lengths of fitted wardrobes for the bedroom. Communication from Fittingly was excellent and the flat packed wardrobes arrived on time. Make sure you have plenty of space to store them!
I was told it would take two days to fit them. On the day of the fitting the fitter who is independent of the company didn't turn up!! I contacted Fittingly who were unable to contact him either.
However they managed to get another fitter, who was absolutely brilliant, who came the next morning and completed the fitting in one day. Excellent work!
We have now had the wardrobes for over a year and we are very happy with them!

Huge fall from grace for Fittingly - used to be so great!
I have used Fittingly several times in the past - and I loved them. Brilliant product, great service, super friendly staff, great communication. They didn't always get it right first time, but they always worked hard to fix stuff and make it right. And I proactively told people so too - recommended them to many friends and family. Fast forward to my latest order - it was supposed to be delivered in 5 weeks. Came and went with no communication. Then it was going to be 9 - came and went with no communication. Heard nothing since I confirmed my order and paid for it. Have rung, emailed and chased several times - always 'someone from another team will call you back' - they never do. I have no idea if my order is happening or when. All I know is that they aren't the company they used to be, take your money and don't communicate. I have a nasty feeling they are about to go bust based upon these warning signs - be very careful before handing over your money.
Update:
Emailed in response to the reply below a few days ago - no reply. Rung a couple of times again today - was told someone 'the delivery team' would call me back, as usual they never did. I am at a loss of what to do now with Fittingly. 9 weeks in, no communication, and no sign of my order.

We had a really positive experience with fittingly wardrobes and found all parts of the process seamless and went according to plan. The delivery occurred on the date specified and the delivery driver was excellent. The experience improved even further by the hard work of our fitter Joe, who did an excellent job and who worked hard over a 3 day period (over a weekend) to fit around our schedule. We love our wardrobes so much we are considering having more fitted in the near future….hopefully Joe will be reassigned to us as we thought his work was of such a high standard.
Thank you

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing experience so far
Unfortunately, my experience with Fittingly hasn’t been great so far. The design stage wasn’t signed off for four weeks due to an error on their part, which caused unnecessary delays. I was then given three different delivery times for the wardrobes, which kept changing with little communication.
When I was finally given an installation date, nobody contacted me to confirm it, and I had to chase this up four separate times by phone. By 1:20pm on the day, there was still no sign of the fitters, and only then did I get a call to say the work would now be fitted over the following two days — meaning I had to rearrange my own work commitments at the last minute.
So far, not a great impression of how the company manages its customers or scheduling. I’m hoping the actual fitting of the wardrobes goes smoothly and changes my opinion — in which case I’ll be happy to update this review to reflect that.
Review Updated on 16th October. Last week after the fitter not turning up, we had a great fitter turn up but unfortunately he could only carry out half of the job due to…. One door missing, two damaged panels and a section of shelf being ordered the wrong way. On top of this the whole reason we got fittingly to quote was to fit shelving around a boiler that was being moved…. We then got told that the wardrobe fitting items didn’t accommodate this and so they would have to go back and look at the design stage again. I got an initial phone call from head office customer service but since have not had any update and it’s now been a week.
Currently living in chaos with all of my dining room items in my living room. This should’ve all been done and dusted at the start of September at the latest. Now it’s going to be end of October…. If I’m lucky.
Review updated again this morning Friday 24th October where driver turned up with the panels and no door for fitting. Apparently this is all being fitted next week but I am still a door missing. Even the most simplest of tasks need to be chased. Got to admit this is now getting beyond frustrating and has actually taken all of the excitement and joy out of the new room. My husband who very rarely gets annoyed or comments is now taking it upon himself to get it resolved.
Essentially, our first appointment with fittingly was the design call on 23rd July and we waited until 18th August for our design to be signed off. We were asked to pay the full amount upfront as per their “terms of contract. 4th September we were told there was a design FLAW after again chasing and chasing them! 18th September it got released into production and a catalogue of bad service and events since then.
A full 12 weeks and only half fitted. Would I use fittingly again. I highly doubt it!!!
Another update 28th October so today we were meant to be getting the other half of the wardrobes/cabinets fitted. Yet again another no show and the fitter should have been here at 9.30am latest. Numerous phonecalls throughout the day to chase fittingly to find out where he was only to be told he had rang in sick and they would get back to me. Got a phonecall at 4.50pm to advise the next slot they had available was in 3 weeks time. I run my own business and have had to pay for extra staff to be in on the days I am having to take off only to be hanging around all day waiting for fitter to turn up.
This is actually beyond a joke now! No wonder they take your money up front!! The lack of concern or care for their customers living in chaos is beyond me and I can’t believe for a second that a company this size has no contingency plan for sickness!!

My wardrobes were initially supposed to be fitted at the beginning of September, and over a month later the job is still incomplete. Parts have been frequently missing from deliveries, communication has been awful and the whole process has been very disruptive.
Delivery was initially delayed by a week due to a “broken saw,” but I only found out because I called them myself. When fitting finally began in mid-September, several parts were missing (including hanging rails and a drawer front) and one worktop was damaged. It then took a full week just for the missing parts to be ordered, despite me chasing repeatedly.
The fitter finally returned in early October but couldn’t complete the job because more parts were missing and he'd forgotten most of his equipment. I was told he’d come back, but he never did. I sent a formal complaint on 25th September and, as of 8th October, it has still not been acknowledged or answered.
Communication has been terrible throughout — I’ve had to make all the effort to get updates, and calls or emails often go unanswered. For the price paid, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I’m now seeking advice from Citizens Advice about my next steps.
