Three Failed Pickups and Zero Accountability for a €295 Faulty Product!
I am warning all potential customers: DO NOT buy from this company. I paid €295 for a Eiffel RS10 Record Player Stand which arrived on 5th of September. I bought this product from their DE branch and had it delivered to the Netherlands.
Under EU law, I am entitled to a cost-free return and a full refund for a faulty item.
Here is the timeline of their failure:
They acknowledged the fault and promised to schedule a pickup with their carrier, GEL.
They claimed to have scheduled a pickup on THREE SEPARATE DATES (e.g., September 25th, October 7nd, and October 15th).
The carrier NEVER showed up at my address in the Netherlands for any of these appointments.
I have wasted a month, multiple days waiting at home, and countless emails just to return their broken product. They send repeated empty promises while keeping my €295. This is not how a legitimate European business operates. They are delaying the process hoping I will give up.
I have to escalate this matter to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) because Fitueyes has entirely failed to uphold its basic consumer responsibilities. Save yourself the headache and the expense—shop elsewhere!

The representatives of the company worked quite well with proactive emails to follow up on the issue and immediately processed a refund. The product was picked up by the third party company shortly afterwards. But for situations like this - for the future please work on establishing a customer hotline - both for Fitueyes and the logistics company you work with - to be able to solve these kind of issues fast. Having to communicate via email is still format - but feels quite slow for such urgent cases.

Regarding the refund: Our standard policy requires us to confirm receipt of the returned product before processing a full refund, as this ensures we can verify the item’s condition. We understand this has added to your frustration, and we want to make things right.
In light of the special circumstances surrounding your order, we will process a full refund for your order and will arrange one final collection attempt for the return.
To minimize any further inconvenience to you, we would like to assure you of the following: if this final collection attempt is unsuccessful, you are welcome to keep or dispose of the product at your discretion, and the full refund will still be processed for you.

Excellent experience. TV stand is just what I needed. Build instructions are precise and components are clearly labelled. DHL tracking information needs to be better as it implied delivery to me when it was actually the starting point of them receiving the item. This does not reflect poorly on Fitueyes it's just an observation about the delivery company.

A good experience
I ordered the record player stand with record storage and a pair of speaker stands in two separate transactions. Both were pretty effortless and I am very pleased with both products. Time will tell how well they wear.
Assembly of the record player stand was pretty easy. All fittings were supplied and tools apart from a cross-head screwdriver. It’s a solid unit and looks good with the kit on it. The speaker stands are ready assembled and very well packed. Both add a good vibe to the room.

Had to raise a PayPal claim
TV stand was supposed to have been delivered on Thursday. Saturday now and nothing yet. DHL issue. Asked the seller to send another one via a different courier but he refused saying to wait a few days. I needed it for Saturday. Now my emails are being: ignored. Don’t know what’s happening no info from anyone. I won’t be using them again.
Some guy called Will try’s to fob you off with lame excuses. Such a bad customer service.
5 days later and they have still not sorted this. I have had to raise a PayPal claim.
Will says he can’t refund my money because of the active PayPal claim which is utter bullshit. They haven’t even replied to PayPal. More Chinese scammers Keep clear of this company.

Quality Products and Service
I reported on this site earlier that the products are good quality, somewhat Industrial in look. My issue was around having a white product which has black fixtures and fittings. Although this did not any was affect the use of the product (the Hifi Unit) it did look rather odd against a white wall.
Through customer services I organised a swap to the unit with black fixtures and walnut shelving. It is exactly the same but everything matches so looks better for my decor.
Everything and so a shout out to Will in customer services was organised for a swap and the return postage cost was refunded. I genuinely found customer service exemplary. Just one word of warning in that only Evri would do the return of the large box at over 15kg’s.
I would recommend and do like the hifi unit and recommend because of their interest and helpfulness.

TV stand is OK but that's about it
All of the stuff I ordered did arrive but at different times via different carriers. The TV stand, etc do seem to be good quality and basically matched their on-line descriptions. I am not however that enamoured with the design of the shelf and sound bar supports. Additionally the sound bar support looks a bit "agricultural" with my particular sound bar (Samsung).
