not honoring the return policy
Received a product, and want to return within the 30days. They will not send the return label. Instead they are trying to offer money off to keep it. Shitty customer service; unethical business practices. Eamon - send the damn label. Im launching a dispute with AMEX.
Received a reply here, Monday 12:20am, but no refund issued yet. The returned package nhhas been in their hands since Thursday. I wish you a little compete, and some integrity. Issue yhd refund now!!!

No flexibility at all
Wanted to swap - on my costs - one of the shelfs for the now available Soundbar holder (by then not available) of the ZEN TV rack. Not used, not unpacked. On my costs! Would have required a minimum on flexibility and goodwill. But was denied from their side with the argument, that the purchase was more than 30 days away. No idea about product quality so far - but the flexibility of the company is really poor. Would certainly not buy again.

Box was damaged when delivered - it had large hole in it. I have not opened the box yet to see if the product was damaged as well.

My delivery in France happened really good. I've orderered 3 products which were sent via 2 different postal service companies from the warehouse in Germany of Fitueyes. Despite to 2 different delivery companies, no problem encountered with the deliveries that were fast.
Among my order, I've just had 2 wrong articles, 2 small articles : it was really fastly solved by the customer service. I've noticed that this customer service answers very fastly ans solve the problem in a short time. They answer in English and in a really good English, therefore no problem if like me you don't speak German as Fitueyes is a German company, you can write to them in English.
Concerning the web site : just excellent, all is really well organized, the photos and explanations are really good too, the translation in French is very good. The prices are really correct. For the hi-fi furniture I'd ordered, its assembly was really well explained in the user instructions and it's rather simple. As for the furniture I've ordered I've nothing to say : the quality is good compared to the prices knowing that the delivery (from abroad) is included.
I highly recommand this seller and in case of a problem, it will be taken into account promply, that was the case for me and I thank again the employee of the customer service that have followed my request from the begenning to the end, who has still answers me fastly and precisely.

Let down by app experience
Really good stand a really good stand and lights are really good. Just let down by the app integration with the LED lights which is incredibly poor unfortunately. If it wasn’t for that then I’d really recommend

Easy to order, fast delivery, great product. What a great idea, a rolling tv stand! we have a small space, so the sleek minimalist design helps to not make the space feel cramped. And we can move the tv around depending on where we're sitting or what we are doing. Installation was very easy.
