Fitzdares Reviews

I am 78. Fitzdares are a good old school bookmakers. Easy to navigate site and most of all excellent telephone communication. Negative up to 24hrs pending for a quick Withdrawel.

Bad customer service

If you are looking for no offers, poor odds, bad support and a very average bookmaker then Fitzdares is the one for you.

Had a live casino issue which was proved on the screenshot, they did nothing to resolve my issue.

Don’t bother to reply to this Fitzdares as I have said in our communications you deserve this poor review.

Disgusting scammers. No bonuses at all. Not 1 win over 100 casino live game bets. All games were "one away" every time from what I placed. They are scammers, you will lose your money. They clearly manipulate what the result will be#. Stay clear of these frauds.

Although i hadnt heard of them before I opened an account in May as I struggle to bet elsewhere. But they've been limiting my play ever since. Nice comms but very officious with kyc checks. Can't fool these guys. Fair play to them. Bad luck for me. Now self excluded.

Fitzdares excel in every respect. Personal service, prompt withdrawals and ability to lay decent bets. Forget the rest snd join the best!!! You won’t regret it

I opened an account but immediately noticed the deposit limits were very low. My first and only bet was restricted to £80 when I wanted to bet £200. Although my bet won, the heavy restrictions convinced me to close my account as soon as the withdrawal hit my bank.

AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COST!! Just joined and instantly closing all within a hour! So I joined as my other sites I play I reached my limit. So I found a site that as my favourite game… deposited £85… went over to the game in question which I win daily on elsewhere sounds crazy but 9/10 I win. Anyway started 50p spins took £25 and gave me two returns of 25p… so I did another £5 on 50ps and got a feature which paid £1.50 never seen it do that ever been playing this game for 5 years or so. By the point I decided to up my stake to £1 and it took £30 for my first win which was £1. At this point and £55 down and it’s returned less than £5 including a 50p bonus… carried on playing another £10 and a £1 bonus landed…. It returned £2.50p!! Wow wow wow!! Never ever have I seen two bonuses be so awful in my life! It then proceeded to take another £20 odd with one win of £1 and that was it. Completely gone! £85 in less than 10 minutes. Baring in mind during the day with said game on other sites I’ve had countless 50p bonuses which returned £100 plus. A few £1 bonuses which returned £180 £250 on this site it returns £2.50. 🤣 avoid it! And I can assure you if you do get a big win they will want everything in the world from you and hold your funds for days/weeks! Standard conmen type casino sites. And they tell us game play can’t be altered yeah right 🤣 I had an account closed last week because I told them suspending my account for 12 hours and 8 hours in 2 days isn’t right. (They didt like I took 2k of them) prior to my 12 hour suspension the run up to it which happens randomly during game play this site proceeded to take £180 off me with ease take take take then with £3 left it came up “suspended for 12 hours” are you telling me that isn’t altered game play? Never would they allow me to be on £700/800 on the brink of a suspension to which I’d take the funds and go elsewhere! Online casinos are crooks and it’s a mugs game. Stay away!

USED TO BE ENJOYABLE HEAR STAY CLEAR EVERY EMPTY JUST TAKING SAME AS REST SITES SOMETHING IS UP DONT NO WHERE EVERYONE MONEY GOING AS NO ONE IS WINNING

Spent £500 and won absolutely nothing this site used to be and enjoyed now they just greedy will let u no if anything changes

Fake site!!! Complete dead spins through out every time you deposit ! How these get away with this is beyond me it’s disgusting !!!

easy to navigate site and fast pay-out.

I used to have the Best Odds Guaranteed promotion on my Fitzdares.com account, and then today I won a bet on a horse where the starting price odds were more favourable than the odds when I placed the bet. The horse won the race, but Fitzdares.com had not reflected the longer odds on the win. So I contacted them as the winnings did not reflect the starting price odds and after some waiting around on their live chat, I was told that BOG did not apply to this race.

I asked them why, and they said that they removed the BOG from my account two months ago, although they did not specify a reason why they had done this and there was no communication from them at all about them having removed this. All they could tell me was that it was a traders decision.

I find it quite underhand and sneaky that they should stop promotions without even telling me this. They said the reason why there was no communication was because it was the traders decision and the traders don't communicate with the customers.

Pathetic excuses. Poor service. You'd be better off taking your business to a recognised high street bookmaker instead. Avoid these cowboys!

Very bad casino dead spins no offers nothing more 300 spins all dead spins fake reviews here don’t deposit and avoid the casino really very bad casino I lost my money when I trusted the reviews scammers

I have been with many online bookmakers,I can easily say that Fitzdares come up on top ,I strongly recommend to my fellow gambling fans,I only do sports though.

Easy website to manage. Withdrawals paid promptly with thanks.

Joined Fitzdares and enjoyed the games they have on offer - Harry provided exceptional service at my request. Unsure how there’s much negative star rating on here as it’s a very smooth process

Very happy staff is amazning fast windraw as well slots are very good thanks guys

very bad app, no welcome offer, very small selections of matches, very late withdrawls, odds less than other apps, i would advise to stay away from this app.
