Looking through all 1 star reviews, the majority of them are talking about how they are scamming with poor slot returns. Joined on a welcome offer, 100 free spins after depositing and staking £20 on slots.

I chose a slot that definitely was not on the excluded list, found in the 'new' section.
Staked £20, asked customer service why I didn't get free spins, they stated the game I chose wasn't eligible. When I told them it's not on the excluded list, they replied with "it's a jackpot game tho".
