I have been holding off writing a review because I wanted to give Five Noir as much of a chance as possible and reasonably to rectify the issues with my order. Unfortunately I am still waiting for the correct table for the order I made in May and have been subject to multiple delayed delivery and lack of communication from Five Noir.
I’m pleased with the sofa set but the table delivered was different to what I ordered and despite trying multiple times to get the correct one delivered, I am still waiting.
The original order itself did take a long time to arrive and itself was the subject of delays to delivery.
I appreciate this is a small company but it is frustrating to have waited so long.
Customer services have generally been helpful and attentive, but have gone silent recently.
Unfortunately I don’t think this experience is uncommon to Five Noir customers

My order got cancelled because the company is in financial difficulties. I've emailed loads just get an automated answer everything. I'm trying my best since October 11th thus year to get my refund .Still no joy .I actually Emailed them to say sorry to hear your company is in financial difficulties and good luck for future. . .not a happy customer I'm afraid I was so looking forward to my new dining table and chairs in my new home ..I'm frustrated that they are not releasing my refund back to me

Ordered Dining Table on 22nd July which was told was in stock. Continually chased them via phone calls and email for delivery date eventually on October 4th received a delivery only to find out completely wrong table had been sent. was then told would be another 6 weeks for the table to be uplifted then receive an e-mail stating they were having finacial difficulties and was to contact my bank and apply for a refund via them. Which is another long drawn out process. DO NOT TRUST this company no doubt will start back up under another trading name

I would give a zero if there was one .we ordered a rattan furniture set back in September,we were told four weeks in they were having supply issues and the new date of delivery was the 2nd November.two days before delivery we were informed that five noir was having financial issues and our order was cancelled and to contact our bank for a refund of £1200 we are stilL waiting.we had save long and hard for this and this is how we are treated.i will never trust or recommend this company they are complete rip off merchants .

WORST COMPANY EVER
Firstly, let me just point out that all the 5-star reviews have clearly been purchased, as if you look at the person leaving reviews every single one leaves about 10 reviews about different companies, all 5 stars on or around the same day. Do not believe the good reviews, they are clearly fake. I can't express how bad this company is. If I can stop one person from purchasing from this company, then I’ve done a good deed.
This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. My partner ordered a corner firepit sofa on 05th August. Received a text stating delivery would be received on 22nd August, no problem. Waited in all day and nothing arrived. My partner (the order was in his name) called them to find out that they had cancelled the delivery, and it was going to be on the 29th of August, no reason given but he was told they didn’t contact us to tell us because they didn’t want to CONFUSE us… sorry what?!
29th August came, no goods arrived. We were then told that they'd arrive on 8th September by pallet delivery, even though we had paid £99 for it to be assembled via their Premier delivery.
8th September came, waited in all day and took the day off work after confirming 3 times with them via live chat it would arrive. Of course, it didn't arrive. We were told that because of the Tour De Britain they couldn't reach us.................right okay.
Finally arrived on Monday 11th September, all looked good until wait.... our SQUARE corner sofa table had a CIRCLE fire pit unit... so obviously, it didn't fit. We are also missing a stool.
Contacted FiveNoir again, they are extremely sorry, and this is a supplier issue (ha of course) and we would receive the replacement goods on 25th September, and they would refund the £99 fee to us straight away. Of course, again, did not arrive.
They finally send the square fire pit a month later. No fixings for the firepit or the glass. The firepit doesn’t hold the flame either, it ignites and then as soon as you let go of the control knob it goes out, I asked them for instructions repeatedly and nothing. Oh, and the replacement stool they sent us, completely different size to the rest. I emailed them and asked them for the fittings and the refund of the delivery fee AGAIN. It’s now been 6 WEEKS of asking continuously and they keep saying the same excuses, issues with the supplier, issues with the warehouse, issues with the courier. Now they are completely ignoring all of my emails. And guess what.. STILL NO REFUND!!
This is honestly the worst company I have EVER come across, do not waste your money as even if you receive the goods, they'll be wrong or damaged.

I have garden furniture from fire noir but my fire pit table has not worked since delivery I have written a review the company contacted me and said will deliver a new one but still haven’t I’m unable to get hold of them I’m still paying through credit company for a table that’s faulty? Very angry just want this situation to be resolved ?
