Ceased trading…?

We've read that they have ceased trading. Website landing page now says "under maintenance" and they don't answer calls or chats, or emails. One star because unable to give zero or minus-5. My wife ordered a dining table and chairs back in August that they said would be delivered in three weeks. They have not fulfilled the order and kept providing different delivery dates and excuses; problem with supplier, then unnamed courier had possession of the goods, then Fed-Ex had them, then manager was taking goods to the courier himself, blah blah! Paula Holmes was the "manager" who replied at first but then they just stopped responding. The purchase was made through a DivideBuy CPA payment plan and she contacted them weeks ago as several payments already made, to suspend payments until the goods were received - which they refused to do. She then contacted Five Noir on October 17 giving them seven days to respond with a definitive delivery date or to then cancel the order if they didn't provide a date. They didn't respond. She is already hundreds of pounds out of pocket for what amounts to fresh air, nothing, zilch. DivideBuy are dragging their heels on halting the CPA and have warned about "credit rating being adversely affected". She has never missed a payment on anything in her life but has had to contact her bank to prevent further payments being taken. No doubt this will end up with having to go to court to chase a refund of the money already paid out. Absolute nightmare!

Run away

Run away, do not pay for an item. They are a bad business with fake delivery expectation. I hope they get investigated soon and closed down. Paid for a kitchen dining set and kept receiving fake delivery date. After months, I cancelled my order and expected to receive my refund within 14days. I have just contacted them and been told I should contact my bank as the business is closing down. Terrible!

Terrible service and product

Terrible service and product. I’m still waiting (over 3 months) for them to send me my missing items… and now they have conveniently closed the business. Complete cheats with rude non existing customers service. I regret ever placing an order and taking a chance with them.

Bought dining table and chairs together…

Bought dining table and chairs together with a console table mid August. Up to today nothing has been delivered, now the phone is not working website closed.Tried to reach them many times but at first was speaking to someone giving us false delivery date.Now can't reach them what so ever .Very disappointed and feel scammed 😡

Big mistake I made

After they took the money this is what they sent to me :

I am extremely sorry to inform you that unfortunately, we are currently unable to fulfil your order. This is a result of both ongoing financial difficulties and turbulent market conditions.



We are working alongside both legal and financial parties to help us through this period of uncertainty. The future of our business is still unclear however rest assured we have done everything in our power to support our customers. The business operation is currently closed and we are no longer taking any new sales orders until further notice.



Regarding your current order with Schwarze Group Ltd we have detailed below information as to how to make a refund claim. If you do need further information or assistance with the below process please email we will reply within 7 working days.



If you are still awaiting a refund or your item has not arrived then this is how to gain a refund:

If you paid via debit card then you need to contact your bank and ask for Chargeback. They should be able to help with a refund.

If you paid via credit card then you need to contact your card supplier and ask for a Section 75 refund. This only applies to purchases over £100 and under £30,000

· If you paid via DivideBuy then you should

If you paid via Klarna and you have an account then you can apply via the app for a refund.

If you have paid via Amazonpay you can click on A-Z claim within your Amazon account.



Once again we do profusely apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank all of our customers for both your patience and support over the past six years of trading. The worst of the worst please do not…

The worst of the worst please do not shop with these people and don't get fooled by all these fake good reviews I promise you they're paying people to leave good reviews for them. I ordered a bed over a month ago i paid my hard working money £738.20 i was booked in for a delivery on the 13th nothing came and ever since nobody calls or text and when i do try to call their phone number never goes through. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY NOTHING BUT FRAUD. MY BABY AND I ARE SLEPPING ON THE FLOOR BECAUSE OF THEM. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1*

LIES!!!! At your own Risk!!!

I made an order for a dinning sets on the 13th of August and they kept on tossing me around, promised to deliver and not contacting to let me know that they will not be delivering, it happened 3 times. I was calm, chilled and only asked for my refund on the 9th of October and I was told it will take 14days. It’s the 14th day on Friday the 27th of October and no refund. I am writing this review today the 29th October and I will be calling tomorrow which is the 30th October to get an explanation as to why I’m yet to get my refund. I promised not to write a review but I had to do it but still calm with it. Please, do not push me! I need my refund and I will be making a call tomorrow and that call will determine a lot!

Had to get bank involved to get refund

Their website states that items will be delivered within 3 weeks, unfortunately that’s a lie. They initially wanted to deliver the bed I had order 6 weeks after I’d placed the order. I refused the date, so they brought it forward.

We just moved into a new house so me and my son were sleeping on a mattress at this point. He was so excited to have a bed. So imagine the disappointment after waiting at home all day and having to rearrange my schedule, for it not to turn up. I’m 100% sure it was never scheduled to be delivered that day, they were just messing me around, wasting my time after I’d asked for a refund.

I wasn’t given an excuse, just another delivery date which would have took another 3 weeks, nearly 8 weeks from when the order was placed.

I requested a refund to which they said it would take 14 days. I didn’t get my refund in that timeframe, so I had to get my bank involved. I was told by my bank that the way the company operates their business is a scam!

They don’t tell you their actual delivery timeframe, they lie to you to get your money then mess you about. Don’t be like me. Read the reviews before you purchase!

This company is a scam !!!!

I ordered my dining set on 11.09.23 around 7 weeks ago. I had to chase given 3 weeks had past and it states delivery within 3 weeks, only to be told to sit tight and expect a date. The date finally came through delivery date 19.10.23, so I booked the day of work unpaid. On the day of delivery after hours of sat in the house NOTHING so when I chased online i got back " All our delivery's have been cancelled you will get a new delivery date next week". Its now a week later and 7 weeks since my order and I still have no clue when my dining set is coming. when Ive chased online/email all I get is courier will text you a delivery date. We are without a dinning table and chairs which is why we choose this company as advertised 3 week delivery.

Scammers

Hello. Please do not buy anything from this company because it's a bunch of scammers. I ordered a table with chairs from them in August. The first time they attempted to deliver the table, they didn't. The second time, the courier arrived, but it wasn't the right table. I ordered a round one, and they brought a square one without the chairs. I requested a refund, and they are delaying it, still not returning my money. They claim to have refunded me within 14 days, but I haven't received any payment in my bank. I went to the bank to inquire, and there was no deposit from them. They are big scammers. I'm going to sue them now.

I'm waiting on a delivery for a dining…

I'm waiting on a delivery for a dining set. I've had no confirmation yet that it is coming today. I've taken the day from work. I've tried to call five noir all week and there phone lines are closed. I've already paid £207 through dividbuy for my item and I haven't even received it. Five noir are not answering my emails either

Over 6 weeks after order.

Over 6 weeks after order.. Moved delivery date then contacted them on the new day of delivery to be told that they wasn’t delivering after I took a day off work, said it would be rescheduled and I’d be contacted the following week. Made two months payment and had no confidence the table and chairs would arrive so cancelled order. Now awaiting a refund.. would not use again!

Ordered 5 weeks ago stated delivery…

Ordered 5 weeks ago stated delivery would be within 3 weeks still no notification of a delivery date. As a teacher I can’t just take a day off the reason I ordered when I did was so it could be delivered during half term. I’ve asked for a refund as no one will be home to take delivery now but looking at the reviews I feel I may be chasing that!! Should have learnt my lesson from last time!

Further to my previous review

Further to my previous review, the table was finally delivered on Thursday 28th September. The delivery drivers advised that the chairs would be coming via a separate delivery later that day by FedEx. After waiting all day, it came as no surprise that nothing arrived!

As it was my Father's funeral the following day, I didn't make contact with Five Noir till Saturday 30th September to ask when the chairs would be delivered & I was told their was a delay with the suppliers & we would be notified of delivery in due course.

4 weeks later & after having numerous emails ignored & no joy of ever speaking with anyone on the phone, I still have no chairs & I have demanded that Five Noir collect their table & provide me with a refund.

I have been advised that they will be in touch to arrange collection of the table & a refund will be processed within 10-14 days.

Having read other reviews, I very much doubt I will receive my money within this timescale & I suspect I will have to take legal action to recover my monies!!!

I have never dealt with a company as terrible as this & would anyone & everyone to avoid like the plague!!!!
