SHAMBLES

My table was finally delivered just over 2 weeks ago. After changing the delivery 3 times. Still do not have my chairs. Absolute shocking customer service. Took another day off work for chairs to be delivered only to be let down again. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Very nice product

Very nice product
Same sort of product we had seen in shop was really expensive double the price
So ordered it straight away
Delivery time was good
Delivery guys were good too
Assembly very simple and straight though may require multiple hand as its heavy
Would recommend it👍👍

I ordered and paid for my bar set in…

I ordered and paid for my bar set in May. Since then all I’ve had are messages that my set is in stock and numerous delivery dates only to be told every time that for one reason or another the delivery time has changed. 5 months on and now the end of summer I still haven’t received the goods. I want a full refund for the goods and the £99 I paid for the bar to be assembled. To add insult to injury you keep asking for a review, how can I review something I don’t have??.I would not use or recommend you.

Delivered wrong item and still no refund nearly a month later

Zero stars. Ordered table set, after a month they delivered completely different table & chairs. Advised me they sent a replacement as out of stock, It was totally different! Chairs not covered and already damaged on arrival. Wouldn't collect (or refund) me for 2 weeks. Two failed collections, even when I rang them and they said were on way. Still not refunded (item collected nearly 2 week ago). There refund timescales are 5-7 days. Nothing but misinformation throughout.

Missing item has caused issues

After quite a lengthy online search for some new garden furniture, I placed an order through Five Noir. At the time customer service appeared good and my furniture arrived except for one integral piece (I’m not quite sure how it got missed off the delivery) and whilst customer service response time had been fine, I’m still actually waiting for the missing item to arrive since notifying Five Noir on 25 Aug 2023. I’ve now been informed that they are changing courier from DPD this week and I will receive a notification from Fedex with a delivery date but they could not confirm when the notification will be sent or the actual delivery date - meanwhile we (as well as guests) cannot fully appreciate the use of the new garden furniture. I do feel as if the company are buying themselves some time and while I try to give the benefit of doubt, I’m starting to feel like I’m being messed around which is unacceptable. As this is the first time I’ve ordered through Five Noir I can only go on my current customer experience which so far hasn’t been the best or what I’d expect from a company with whom I’ve spent just shy of £1,000 with. As at 15 Sept 2023 Five Noir remains in breach of contract and has 7 days to respond to reach amicable resolution.

Good experience 👍

Unexpected delay but good communication updates throughout.
Bar table and x6 stools assembled by friendly crew of two. Met our expectations and very happy with outdoor furniture and service.

Great quality, helpful delivery

We brought the Ada Round grey table and chairs dining set and nothing but pleased with what we have received. The quality of the furniture is great. So sturdy and well made. It looks amazing. The seats are easy cleaned and so comfortable. Our delivery drivers were very friendly and helpful, something you don’t get much these days!, quick and efficient with building and getting the furniture inside and taking all the recycling. I’m glad this was an option. All in all, I can’t complain for the price point for our table and chairs, it looks lovely and so well made. Highly recommend

I haven’t received my purchase yet

I haven’t received my purchase yet! I ordered and paid for it on 3rd August. I was told it could be sorted that delivery would be before 19th when I went away. Didn’t happen, although dates were sent via text for when we were away. Delivery date is now confirmed as 19th September. I hope the product is worth the wait!!

I have had issues with delivery dates…

I have had issues with delivery dates with no communication what so ever. Today my delivery came and the guys where the best. Really made a difference. Forgot any issues I previously had. The 2 most professional and funny guys I've met in a while hats off to there hard work. Wish I would of got there names but they were true legends. They really deserve this mention. Thank you for the top service.

I ordered a garden dining table and…

I ordered a garden dining table and chairs four months ago. The wrong dining table was sent. I have been waiting since then for table to be replaced with correct one. I have taken two days off work waiting delivery of the correct table as I was advised table was being delivered yet on both occasions table did not arrive. I have now not had a usable table for four months despite me paying for the item. I am not happy and would not recommend this place.

avoid this company

Avoid this company at all costs. Absolutely disgusting customer service, I ordered 3 items, 2 of which were missing now they refuse to answer my calls and respond to my emails which they apparently are not receiving. Worst customer service from Nicole who hangs up on me every time I call. Save yourself the hassle and money, and avoid ordering from Five Noir!!I have taken it further now cuz each time I called abbey and Nichole put the phone down on me,they don’t want to know.if I call from my ph they won’t answer at all so I have to call from my family phones

Thank you Five Noir! The team are amazing and really helpful. I have ordered an outdoor set, dining tables and chairs and a console table. Everything has gone smoothly. From ordering to delivery everything I was told has happened. I will be ordering again and can high recommend Five Noir. Thank you!!
