Concern Regarding Account Deactivation and Poor Support Experience
Dear Fiverr Support,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent experience I’ve had on Fiverr. My account was unexpectedly disabled without any clear explanation, despite having no record of violations or issues. Prior to this, one of my active orders was cancelled by Fiverr just two days before completion, even though there were no disputes or problems with my buyer.
Since then, I have reached out to Fiverr Support several times, and each time I was informed that my case was being forwarded to the relevant team. However, it appears that the issue has not been properly reviewed or resolved. I feel that my concerns have been overlooked and that I have not received fair or transparent communication.
This was my first experience using Fiverr, and unfortunately, it has been quite discouraging. Instead of finding support, I’ve been left with frustration and uncertainty. I sincerely hope Fiverr takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to ensure sellers are treated with fairness and respect.

Awful experience with Talhah (@sarfraz85). The work looks fake and sloppy. I gave clear instructions, but the seller ignored them and delivered poor results. We needed many rounds of revisions, which wasted a lot of time. The photos look cheap and unrealistic, nothing like what was promised. The work was overpriced for such low-quality results. After taking the payment, the seller tried to charge more for the source files, which real professionals provide without issues. I feel completely scammed. The attitude was rude and unhelpful. Complete waste of time and money. I had to pay someone else to fix everything. Fiverr should remove this seller. Avoid this "professional" at all cost. Very bad experience on Fiverr. This is the last time I use Fiverr.

Got scammed twice first time I was refunded my money. Got scammed again they changed my email password so I can't get my email back. Fiverr would not work with me with new email. This time I lost over a $1000. Not including what I already spent for crowdfunding. Total loss is $3000. Fiverr decided to just lock my account instead of helping me.

Had the worst customer service experience in my life with Fiverr. Hired a freelancer by the name of Daniella J and she did not deliver any of the results she promised. After researching some of the social media posts she screened shot there was no evidence of them using my song. Contacted Fiverr and 3 of their reps willfully ignored the complaint I sent them. Fiverr is filled with low pricing bottom feeders that don't deliver. You live and learn and I learned the hard way that you get what you pay for.

This situation is very disappointing for me. I have been working on Fiverr for 5 years, always maintaining 5-star reviews, and never received any negative feedback on my account.
Recently, I worked with an African client. She made me do a lot of extra tasks outside the order without payment, and when I refused to continue without additional charges, she became unsatisfied. Later, she delayed the order review unnecessarily and requested a refund from support — which is unfair, because she is still using the website I designed.
When I disagreed to refund, she reported that I insulted her. She presented my words “African Woman” as hate speech, but I only mentioned it to describe her identity, not in any offensive way.
Fiverr still decided to refund her and permanently suspend my Level Two Seller account, Ticket Number: #13755545.

As a long-time Fiverr seller with a flawless 5-star rating, I’ve built a reputation based on quality, consistency, and client satisfaction. My reviews are detailed, enthusiastic, and specific—yet none of that seems to matter.
Once I began charging higher rates that reflect the true value of my work, Fiverr drastically cut my visibility. I was removed from search pages, and my exposure plummeted. Their explanation? Vague and nonsensical.
I invested in Seller Plus and Fiverr Ads, hoping to regain visibility once more. What did I get? Nothing—except faster access to my own earnings, which I now have to pay for. That’s right: freelancers must pay Fiverr to receive their own money more quickly.
Even worse, Fiverr claims that “private, confidential reviews” are what truly matter. These are invisible to sellers, never explained, and impossible to address. No matter how perfect your public reviews are, they won’t protect you. It’s a system built on opacity and nonsense
Customer support? Passive-aggressive and unhelpful. Instead of offering solutions, they deflect and defend a broken system. Sadly, but they're employees after all.
And let’s not forget the 21% commission Fiverr takes from every order—including tips and withdrawal. Yes, even the money clients voluntarily give you is taxed by the platform.
Freelancers deserve transparency, respect, and fair treatment. Fiverr is failing us on all fronts.

I joined Fiverr's affiliate program and promoted their platform using only the official tracking links they provided. After attracting real users and earning $507 in commissions, Fiverr suddenly refused to pay me.
What was their excuse?
"Our system shows that the majority of signups referred by your affiliate account are direct referrals from search engines..."
They claimed that I violated clause 4.1.10 of the terms, but provided no evidence. No screenshots, no tracking logs, no click data - absolutely nothing. How can you accuse someone of violating your terms without providing any evidence?
I have never linked users directly from search engines to Fiverr without my affiliate link. I followed the rules. This looks like a scam to avoid paying legitimate commissions. They profited from my traffic and then closed my account when it was due.
Stay away from Fiverr affiliate program. It is misleading, unprofessional and dishonest.
No help from customer service
My success score went down and my Level 1 Status is now at risk even though I have had satisfied customers and done everything to work professionally and fast to deliver high quality voice overs. I recently had an order from Pepsi and they were very happy about the product I delivered but still my success score is down and no one is helping me out with this through customer service. It has been weeks now with no help and my patience ran out! I really need a supervisor who can take over from here and help me out so I keep my Level 1 seller status! If I do not get help with this issue I can not see myself selling on Fiverr anymore.

I would rate this experience 1 star but the truth is i never even got to make my account.
website was so buggy it would glitch during making my account 2 times on seperate pages - both times the glitch/bug prevented me from creating my account where it should have been a 5 minute job.
it has been 3 HOURS and i have been in contact with the support bot (absolutely atrocious AI from like 2016 or something) AND emailed them AND have since had a response to my request to fix these bugs. their reply? "try checking the FAQs and filing a ticket on your account" as if i hadn't done all that, because the last thing they give you is their actual customer support email. and now they just tell me to walk in circles and treat me like the bugs on their website are MY FAULT. this is beyond appalling and i can't believe how much worse it would get if i was genuinely trying to use this service as a freelancer.

A truly disappointing and RUN BY HACKERS app If u have a chance to stay out and sell ur services somewhere else, take it. This app doesn't deserve ur time and effort. Once you set up ur profile, a legion of scammers will try to steal ur bank details and personal information. First day in Fiverr and I got 10 messages from hackers in less than 1 hour. The app is literally plagued by hackers trying to set you a trap, and Fiverr won't do anything abt it, but they will ban u if you complain. 0/100

Order Number - #FO620FCD68904. Paid this freelancer Ahsan Zafar to put a professional touch on a draft book cover I sent to him. He acts all professional until I confirm receipt of the order and provide a sterling review on his page. Then I try to open my files, one of three files don't open. The most important one. So I inform him about it only for him to patronize me. As though opening downloads require more than a click of an arrow. He begins making useless suggestions like taking screenshots, having zoom calls etcetera to teach me how to download a pdf file. Is that rocket science? It's a click of a button. The file SIMPLY doesn't open. Of course, I have complained to the platform but no better way of spreading the word than using Trustpilot. No one in the team has gotten back to me about this. They were quick to take my money out of my account but haven't responded to my complaint.
After the monumental waste of time and tossing me about, the platform has now refunded my money today (15/05). However, I used a disposable card for the transaction and therefore can't receive it via the same card. They have provided a credit note against contracting the services of another freelancer on the platform.
