Idle courier.
The courrier was to idle to walk up my drive to the house so I had to collect from one of their outlets costing me. My wife was in the garden at the side of the drive at the time the driver claimed he arrived so he was clearly making bogus claims to save time.

What great service only ordered about 14.00 hrs (19/09/2023) delivered 09.45 (20/09/2023). Acknowledgement of order within minutes, advised dispatch a few minutes later - couldn't have caught a bus to the local shop quicker - SUPERB (really does need to shout about).
