Similar to another reviewer. Ordered item in good faith and waited a while. Contacted them and a person replied to say "check tracking info on website". Couldn't find anywhere about tracking and realised something fishy going on. A couple of days later a blasé email saying system problems and just simply contact bank for refund. Scamming arsenal's keep the money and the banks have to repay it.

Purchased electronic calendars x2 on Dec 20th 2024 tracking stated in transit for 15 days then emailed arrives stating unable to fulfil order please apply for refund from Mastercard !! 45 days wait ahead for reimbursement!!!
