Good result after a bit of a wait for parts.

Car was being repaired through insurance due to accident. Excellent and friendly service from reception to managerial staff. Car was in garage for 8 days and I was kept informed throughout the process. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. On collecting car I was very happy as you would not know my car had been damaged. Great job to all involved. I would highly recommend.

I rebooked the car in to get the Air Conditioning re-done and Donna was excellent. She got the car taken in quickly and all work was completed in a single day

Repair done excellent result kept informed throughout the repair with estimated date of completion. Complete a day early so really pleased to get our car back looking like new

I would not recommend this body shop to anyone. My car was repaired here through an insurance claim after an accident, and more than six months later I am still dealing with ongoing problems caused by their poor workmanship.
The paint has already started peeling off, the parking sensors do not work properly, the front bumper is misaligned, and the bonnet they fitted appears to be a low-quality replacement with broken clips. Every month I am given another appointment to fix the issues, but the repairs are never completed properly. One problem gets fixed and then another appears shortly afterwards.
The entire experience has been frustrating, stressful, and highly unprofessional. A reputable accident repair centre should return a vehicle in proper condition, not keep customers coming back repeatedly for the same unresolved issues.
Communication has been poor, quality control seems non-existent, and I have completely lost confidence in their workmanship. After six months of repeated visits and failed repairs, I am still left with a vehicle that is not repaired to an acceptable standard.
If you are considering using this company, I would strongly advise you to think carefully and seek a second opinion before trusting them with your vehicle.
To be honest they are very clearly running after scamming the insurance company for more money for no proper reason and made up stories .

Repair work quality is good and completion date was maintained. One improvement definitely needed to keep ample amount of courtesy car otherwise it was a very long delay in getting booking date.

Good communication and good job done

Fix Auto Aberdeen kept me informed of the status of the repair, and the car was ready for collection 3 days earlier than expected which was good. The repairs were excellent. Initially one of the directional indicators didn't work properly upon collection but this was rectified within a few minutes. Happy to recommend this company.

Car was in for a minor scratches and initially informed that the expected time of car return would be 7-10 days but car wasnt ready for collection until 28 days later. This was a combination of waiting on parts (approx 1 week) and then being put in a queue in the workshop. Although the ladies in reception were pleasant and helpful when contacted, there was no detail of the actual work undertaken or further explanation on the excessive time taken for the work to be completed.

Quick and easy service

Repair work that was carried out was of a good standard. Time the car was in the garage for a small repair ( 15days) seemed excessive. Despite informing them of our holiday dates they were unhelpful informing us of completion of the work scope and only gave us 40 minutes to collect the car before they closed.

Repair carried out to a high standard, plenty of communication from the team with updates on when the car would be ready.

Professional and received frequent updates on work being done on car.
1 issue was that they could not supply courtesy car for over a week, which was part of insurance policy . Far from ideal.

Wonderful service. I have used fix auto twice. I highly recommend fix auto. They always deliver top notch service. Starting from evaluating the repair followed by communication updates on a regular basis is very much appreciated. Any request on bringing the delivery schedule forward is always attempted to be met. Kudos to the entire team.
