Very unprofessional
They asked us to hand the car in and advised it would be repaired within 7–10 days. However, after 5 days, the car was still sitting there with no progress, and they didn’t even have the required part. Now they’re saying it could take weeks.
It feels like they just wanted to secure the job first, then delay without any proper planning or communication.

My car was booked in there by my insurance company. They took two months to get my car in, then they cancelled my appointment, because they didn’t have the parts. This meant that I had to change the day that I’d taken off, which I had to take, because they gave me a ridiculous check in time of 1pm. Then my car was there for 17 days. They dropped it off when I was at work, but when I came home, I looked under the car, and they hadn’t even replaced the broken parts. Now I’m in touch with my insurance company to try and rectify this. Avoid at all costs. Insurance company paid for all the work, I paid my excess, and only half the work completed. Please note all companies, your customers aren’t stupid!

We understand how frustrating delays and scheduling changes can be, especially when they impact your work and personal time. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the repair was affected by parts availability issues outside of our direct control. While we always aim to proceed as planned, sometimes suppliers are unable to deliver components within the expected timeframe, and this can result in appointments needing to be rescheduled.
Regarding the repair itself, we take concerns about incomplete work very seriously. The vehicle would not normally be returned unless repairs were completed to the agreed standard, so we are keen to investigate this further. It’s possible there may have been a misunderstanding around the scope of work authorised by the insurer versus what was visible or expected.
Please feel free to contact us directly as well so we can look into your case in detail and work towards putting things right.

Initial engagement was good. Took longer than expected to collect the vehicle for repairs. Even after collection, it went in queue and few more days were spent in workshop before starting repairs. Communication throughout this process needs improvement. Finally repair quality/workmanship was good.

Review of the garage service …
I thought the garage carried out a very professional job in completing my repairs. The process was easy to go through and the updates on progress was good. My only disappointment was the length of time between 1st inspection of the car damage and the job being completed. I understand this was mainly due to the amount of work the garage is handling.

Great staff, & efficient
Great staff. Quick and responsive. Was a bit disappointed a couple of things were missed when car returned after repair but at least they acknowledged them & things were rectified quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use them again. Overall very pleased.

Omoda 9 Repair Fix Auto Aberdeen
My New Omoda 9 was damaged by a delivery driver whilst parked in our drive. The damage was minor but required the replacement of the Bumper and some repainting for a few scratches on the rear offside quarter. The car was repaired to showroom condition so an excellent repair. The staff at the repair shop were excellent and communication was always pleasant.

Selected by our insurance company (Admiral) for repair after accident damage. I was not aware of the Ashgrove vehicle repair centre before. The repair was handled in a very professional manner and although there were delays in obtaining the parts from Suzuki, we were regularly updated on progress by text and email. Our car was immaculate on completion of the repair. We were provided with a courtesy car for the duration. Very happy with the service provided.
