From the very beginning they kept me informed of their progress with my car. All the repairs look very good you’d never know my car had been damaged. Then handing back the hire car and collecting my own car went very smoothly.

Efficient friendly service. Dents have completely disappeared, and the paint job looks very good, although it is early days. Repairs completed on time. A little concerning that handover of courtesy car missed existing scratches under bumper, but this was completely remedied by photo evidence on return. Recommended.

Throughout all of the staff at Autocraft have been very efficient and putting our minds at ease as to what needed to be done and then getting the works itself speedily completed.

My main concern was that it took longer for the repair work to be completed.I was initially adviced that the
repair work would take 3 days,when in fact it took 10 days.I should have been adviced earlier of the situation.
