The 'mishap' I had with my vehicle was of course slightly distressing and it so happened that when it was called in for repair work at Autocraft we were about to go on holiday. When we were away the repair work was carried out on the vehicle and it was returned to us on the day we returned home so avoiding any hassle of hiring a car etc. I couldn't believe the quality of the repair work which was completed within days. Top marks to Autocraft for an efficient and professional service.

All the staff were pleasant helpful and professional. I got my car back yesterday a job well done.

The actual repairs were good but communication left much to be desired. We expected our vehicle to be collected from our home and returned on completion as this is a motability vehicle. As is it happens my vehicle had to be taken to my dealer in Carmarthen for resetting on the computer which meant our car would have passed our home twice but we negotiated a return of the car following the Toyota reset. RSA insurers said that the pick up/return was expected from the repairers!

This is the first time i have had a car repair (arranged via Motor Insurance) at Autocraft Aberystwyth.
Everyone was very helpful during the process from reception staff to bodywork staff.
The repair was also carried out to a high standard.

Repairs were done in good time, very professional job done.

The repairs to my car were outstanding! One rear wheel arch was badly dented but was repaired...you would not know any differently now.
A passenger door was also replaced.
The resulting blended paintwork across the damaged areas and beyond is fantastic.
Neighbours who saw the original damage have commented on how good a job Autocraft have made on the car - you would not know what it previously looked like!
To top it off, my car was sparkling inside and out - I felt like I had picked up a new car 😄👏👏

Car being picked up at time stated..and delivery of courtesy car same time..my car back in 2days...
Could not have been any better or organised and staff very polite and helpful.....
