Mixed experience
Good communication to start with. Easy to get a date for car repair. Courtesy car received had an engine management light on and tyres with chunks out of them. Simple scratches took 4 days to repair (could have been done in a max of 2) Poor communication during this time. If a car is booked in on a specific morning the work should be started that day if minor rather than it just sitting parked up especially when a courtesy car was given with defects! No issues with actual repair job which was to a good standard. Some improvements to be made though

I dont own a car in the UK so I cannot be satisfied with the work you have carried out. If or when I decide to move back to the UK and purchase a car I would not come to you due to the quality of the work you did not do as I do not own a car.
