Easy experience
Everything was very smooth from start to finish. Replacement car arrived, our car taken away for repairs, regular updates on progress, car arrived back few hours after we phoned to schedule handover. Every question was answered, they seem very well organized. I was very impressed.

Repair great, communication could be better
I was very happy with the repair to my car, which was quicker than expected. The car came back clean and the service from reception and mechanics was really friendly, hence the four stars. However, better communication about the courtesy car was needed. As my car is electric we were given an EV replacement. However, the replacement car had a range that was half the distance, and I had a long distance journey to take that weekend. I asked if it could be changed but it didn't sound likely that was going to be an option. Luckily the repair was done more quickly than expected so I got my car back in time. I really think you need to make customers aware when they are planning when to book in what sort of courtesy car they will be given, or ideally, make sure the courtesy car is of similar spec.
