Car repair
I was updated every few days to let me know how things were progressing also when I picked my car up it had been cleaned inside and out and I got a phone call a couple of days later asking if everything was ok.
All in all a great customer service,it’s a shame other repair companies are not as good this one.

Very happy with the repair
Very happy with the repair, communication was good and the car was picked up and dropped of to me, with minimal effect to my day to day job. Car was also cleaned inside making the overall experience even more pleasant.

Great communication throughout the repairs. I was made aware of any delays and expected completion dates. Always lovely and helpful on the phone and helped finding a courtesy car as quick as possible! Highly recommend. The repairs are great, can’t tell any work has been done. Completed quickly.

Car picked up for repair and delivered back once done. Kept informed about progress of work most of the time - but not always. Promised update not sent and had to ask what the position was. Pleasant helpful staff encountered.

Pranging your car is traumatising enough, and it certainly helps when getting it fixed is a breeze. Thats what happened to me, my insurance company nominated Fix Auto to fix my car and I am glad they did. The whole experience was simple from start to finish. Dropped off my car, picked up replacement car, got regular updates as to when my car would be ready, it was ready before scheduled and they actually delivered it back to my house. First class service and in the nicest possible way, I hope I don't see them again for a long tome

Car was fitted in really quick, with contact made by my insurer.
They fixed the car in half the time they originally thought, and returned the car back to me so shiny!!
