A real lack of communication.
A real lack of communication from the company. Once you book in your vehicle you hear nothing and are expected to sit in and wait for a call on the day they are picking your vehicle up. They insisted on having a person there on collection for a signature, I left my keys in a place agreed with fix auto and they didn’t even knock the door to get the signature and just drive off. This lead to panic for my elderly grandparents. The repair and consultation of the repair was 5*, even with a little admin error I still wouldn’t complain/mark down about this.

Good repairs and good communication
Our car had to be fixed due to someone going into the back of us. Fix Auto kept us up to date with news on our repairs and contacted the hire company and insurers direct to extend our rental. When we got it back, it was impossible to tell there had been anything wrong with our car!

The team was great. They sorted out a courtesy car efficiently. When the car had been picked up, they updated me regularly. Despite me not necessarily needing to know. Lovely and kind. Would defo use them again

After initial hiccup of it going to be taking a month for the car to be collected let alone started it was collected the next day and work began immediately.
I got progress calls setting expectations every couple of days and the work was completed ahead of schedule.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
