Fix Auto - Stolen Car Repair
Sadly my car was stolen, once it was recovered it was brought to Fix Auto to be repaired. Fix Auto were professional and kind throughout my experience with them. Although the damage was extensive, they went out of their way to restore my car to it’s original condition as promptly as possible. The employees kept me updated at every stage and were transparent about any delays. Fix Auto were a pleasure to deal with and I’m grateful to all the team!

Excellent Service
Fix Auto, Chessington, were recommended by my Kia dealer, for bodywork. I called, without prior appointment, to see about having a minor scratch on a door 'repaired'. A gentleman polished the scratch straight away, with pretty good results. That is excellent customer service, which has saved me a lot of money, and time. Can't ask for any better.

Expectation Management
Constant adjustment to the expected delivery date, but only on the day of expected delivery or the day before leaving me having moved my work diary around multiple times to accommodate the potential delivery for it not to arrive. I would prefer it if I’d been told ‘not ready’ for the 6 weeks it took to fix, rather than it’ll be ready on date XX 5 times, only to be let down. Expectation management was probably the worst I’ve experienced!

Our expected date is not a delivery date - we do make clear at the very start that is an expected completion date and does not include handover. We do this to ensure that clients do not make plans until their vehicle is ready as there are a number of things out of our control that can affect a repair completion date. As such with your vehicle there were modified accessory parts that were not standard and Landrover struggled to identify them which caused delays with them being able to supply the relevant parts. Your vehicle also required a number of ADAS resets which we had a specialist come in to do -which we did communicate. The team did update often and I myself took over updating you whilst on holiday abroad. We will at your case further when I return to see what could have been done better. regards Rachel Fix Auto Chessington

Repair of dent and scratch
Very good repair job. It would have been five stars except for the fact that, despite offering to deliver the car back to my home, I had to collect it when the job was done since the garage quoted a one week wait for delivery.

My car was not only collected but delivered back to my home.
I was updated regularly regarding the repairs and date of completion.
Oh and an added bonus was my car was cleaned inside and out and looked brand new :-)
