Our insurers sent our car to the Chessington branch after an accident. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and efficient. They kept us fully updated with the progress on the repairs and the car was delivered back to us on the specified date. A really great company!

The repair was first class. The people were lovely. The only flaw was the late return, apparently due to an unspecified paint issue.

Basically, the job was done well. The initial evaluation was very thorough and found problems I was unaware of.

Very impressed with Fix Auto Chessington. They were super responsive as soon as the referral was made from our insurance company and arrived to pick up the car and leave us a curtesy car. Communications were great and they really made an effort to get the job completed in time for us going on holiday. The repair to our car - complete replacement of tailgate and rear bumper is fantastic. We couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend.

Not too bothered about the wait time to get the repair done, and the repair looks great, But... on receiving the vehicle back the tyre they replaced (which didnt need replacing!) started to flash up as underflated on the dash, took it to a garage air pump and noticed the valve is leaking, vehicle doesnt have spare from factory and Fix Autos state they can't really help unless I get it too them? tyre is now flat, asked why they can't just come and pick up the tyre to repair and the computer says no! so i'll provide 1 star for the good repair! and nothing for the rest...

I was so disappointed to have damaged my car hitting a high kerb, but I was recommended to Fix Auto Chessington and from the first colleague who inspected the damage, I knew I could have confidence in getting my car repaired here!
I really appreciated being kept up to date with the timescale of the process and being informed about collection and delivery. Everyone was courteous and friendly.
The repair was perfect and the car came back beautifully clean after a service wash!

Very please with my experience. I recently had work done as part of an insurance claim. The car was collected and dropped off at my convenience and Daniel Brett kept me fully informed all the way through. He was really great.
In addition I received twice weekly updates via text.
Upon return of the vehicle, I needed a piece of trim adjusting and the work was done there and then. No booking in or delay even though the front bumper had to come back off for access.
I am happy to recommend Fix Auto Chessington and will definitely use them again should the need arise.
