My car which was a BMW 520i tourer was…
My car which was a BMW 520i tourer was hit by another car which then had to contact the insurance who then put my car through to Fix Auto Dagenham. My car was collected and I was kept informed of the progress of the repairs and when it was finished they contacted me to say it was ready. I could of had it delivered but I decided to go and get it myself so I could see it for myself on their premises. I was very satisfied with their work and repairs as the car looked brand new. I would definitely recommend as their work was first class and I had no problems and the staff are very informative and professional. Steve H

Top Notch Fixing Experience
I recently had my car repaired by FIX AUTO - COLLISION, and I couldn't be happier with the results and their excellent customer service. They kept me updated at every stage of the process, which I found very informative. When I got the car back, it was fully charged and beautifully cleaned inside and out. They addressed all the damage without me having to ask for anything twice. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Truly top-notch!

Great fixing experience
I got my car fixed at Fix auto Dagenham and my experience was great!
I was referred here through my insurance and received an estimate from Michael who was very helpful and cheerful!
Then a few weeks later my car was booked in for a Tuesday, and was told it should be completed by the next Friday.. but it was fixed within 3 days!!
I picked my car up and was greeted by Ian who was really very helpful and lovely. Unfortunately my car wasn’t cleaned over the weekend but Ian was determined to leave me with a sparkling car and dealt with the situation perfectly.

Dishonest Company
Dishonest Company, Very poor work carried out with 0 customer service.
Stay clear away from this company. Very dishonest. They did a horrific job on my partners car then deny it wasn’t them. Always check the work carried out. They did a door repair which they sealed up the internal membrane with black duct tape. The manager at the branch is not helpful and also made up things and in complete denial. Their diagnosis system poor. I said after the repair that the door card is leaking, Colin the manager diagnosed it with stating that my roof was leaking. I said go and get 2 glasses of water, I opened the door and told him to now to pour the water on the window door, surprisingly the water was coming out the door card, he didn’t know what to say at that point. Lost for words.. what a diagnosis from the professionals hey.
Repaired job was from Feb 2023. Currently still in the complaint process and with looking at legal route.

We take all complaints seriously and do everything in our power to resolve genuine issues, unfortunately in this case, whilst we have attempted to resolve all your issues it has come to light via independent engineer inspections and subsequent main dealer investigations that in the main your claims are unfounded.
We have tried to respond to your points below.
Firstly, we refute your claim that we are dishonest and are currently in dialogue with our legal team regarding this spurious claim, at every stage of the claim and within every conversation with you we have been honest and transparent. You have taken to this medium to make these accusations and as such we will let our lovely customers make their own mind up on who has been dishonest throughout this interaction.
You claim “we did a door repair and sealed up the membrane with black duct tape”, as was explained to you at the time we have all the tools to remove this membrane without the need to damage it and therefore would have no need to use duct tape on the door, as was also explained this was already in place from a previous repair, either whilst in your possession or prior to you purchasing the vehicle. We also showed you the evidence of previous poor workmanship that showed the wiring loom had been stripped and repaired, there was even burn marks on the wiring. This clearly proved the door had been stripped previously.
With regard to the door leaking, this was block drain holes in the bottom of the door, therefore causing it to overflow out of the doorpad.
It is worth pointing out that we have tried to resolve this issue with you as amicably as possible, we invited the insurance company to help resolve it and as such they sent an independent engineer in to inspect the vehicle, as you are fully aware the insurance company is responsible for the invoice and as such have the last say in what works are carried out on your vehicle. We can only do what is authorised in these circumstances.
In our expert opinion they have gone far and above of what is reasonable in repairing the small damage in your door by authorising and indeed paying for a new window, motor, switch, loom, window moulding and so on. This equates to hundreds of pounds over the usual repair cost to repair the small dent.
As previous mentioned there is now also an issue with your parking sensors. The independent engineer also went over and above hear by authorising for a main dealer to diagnose the rear parking sensor issue, again at great expense to them. Unfortunately they diagnosed it to be an electrical fault not related to the small dent in the door. The insurance company are quite rightly refusing to let you inflate the claim any further. Due to their refusal to pay for this you have now decided that this issue must have been caused by one of our technicians banging it with there knee. We feel that this is probably not worthy of any comment as we suspect the readers will see how ridiculous that accusation really is.
You now claim that the rear bumper is damaged. Fortunately, this alleged damage has since been proven to be fraudulent as the booking in images show the damage to have already been in place prior to the car being in Fix Auto’s possession.
We are genuinely sorry the car took so long to repair but due to the somewhat exaggerated claim we had to await for the insurance company to authorise all the door parts, we then had to await all those non fast moving parts to arrive, further to that we then had to await a second authority for further accusations and claims you made, and lastly we had to wait even longer for you to collect the car as you refused point blank to take the car home.
We are happy to open dialogue with your legal team, in fact we request you put them in touch as we would like to respectfully request you amend or remove completely the defamatory comments that we know to be untrue.

Good experience…
Although hard to get hold of at first once through to the agent this was made easier with different number. Had curtesy car delivered by Ian who was kind and polite took me through the workings of courtesy car and also picked it up 5 days later.

I had no experience of this company Great All Round service
I had no experience of this company and have had some quite bad situations with car repairers.
This company was different from the start, honest and informative about how long the parts may take to come, which was an age, as there is a shortage in the country, which they informed me about, kept me regularly updated about what was happening, the repair then ran into my M.O.T date and they quickly did that with no problems and a very quick turnaround and also re-gassed my air con, which has never, ever been that cold, despite having it done twice before elsewhere with little to no difference.
The work was exemplary, the car was immaculate, and the service was 5 star.
I will definitely be returning for any future requirements. Great team.
