The service I received was excellent from start to finish. My car was collected from my house and I was kept fully up to date with the progress of repairs by Donna and Katie. The repairs were done really quickly too! Well done everyone at Fix Auto Durham!

I visited this company 29th of January regarding a problem on the off chance that they could help. Mechanic was very helpful and did a bit of quick tinkering (No charge) . He said if the problem is still there come back to book it in. My first impressions were good. Problem was still there (not his fault as he did his best in a couple of minutes). I rung up to book it in and was told I would get a call back from mechanic to book it in. I never received that call yet when I rung to enquire about it the lady knew exactly all about it and told me about someone being away and I would receive a call when they are back. Would have been better to have rung me to tell me that in the first place. Never happened. A new customer lost . Such a shame as first impressions was good. It is now 9/2/2026 and not a word so I will take my business elsewhere.

It was the most “painless” car repair I’ve ever had. I had to do virtually nothing. My car was collected , beautifully repaired and returned. I am impressed with the work, and Michael who collected and returned my car was a delight to have dealings with - he was even kind to my dog. Everyone I spoke to by telephone was friendly and helpful. Women are often made to feel silly when dealing with car repair companies. Fix Auto were the exact opposite. Thank you very much. I’ve never had an accident before in 4 decades of driving, and I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I’ll be delighted for Fix Auto to work for me.

Our car went to Autofix as that’s where our insurance sent it, and from the start to end the service has been brilliant, Andrew has kept me up to date with everything I’ve asked for and the car has come back looking really good and they even cleaned it inside and out which was a nice touch
