The whole experience of our car repair was well organised and completed speedily to our satisfaction.
Our car was collected and returned on completion by a very pleasant helpful member of staff.

It was the most “painless” car repair I’ve ever had. I had to do virtually nothing. My car was collected , beautifully repaired and returned. I am impressed with the work, and Michael who collected and returned my car was a delight to have dealings with - he was even kind to my dog. Everyone I spoke to by telephone was friendly and helpful. Women are often made to feel silly when dealing with car repair companies. Fix Auto were the exact opposite. Thank you very much. I’ve never had an accident before in 4 decades of driving, and I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I’ll be delighted for Fix Auto to work for me.

Made an excellent job of the repair to the car. Kept us informed of the progress and collected and delivered the car as promised. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Our car went to Autofix as that’s where our insurance sent it, and from the start to end the service has been brilliant, Andrew has kept me up to date with everything I’ve asked for and the car has come back looking really good and they even cleaned it inside and out which was a nice touch

Well ultimately the repairs on my car, look great, but the staff I dealt with were FAB too, from the guy, Michael who collected my car, Donna in the office & then I spoke to two gents when I collected my car, both who I wish I had taken their names, but thank you ALL for your courtesy & excellent customer service.
