First of all this was arranged by the insurance company due to a bump on nearside rear. All that they had to do is a panel, fog light and the rear bumper. Short story, after 3 months off hustle with them and two attempts to deliver the car with huge problems that are still on going and not taking responsibility for the work done by themselves, this is the worst garage and the worst network for fixing cars involved in accidents. Do your research and choose someone else. If will be possible to give them minus 5 stars I'll do it in any time.

To the reply:
1. Garage returned the car without replacing the rear bumper that was cracked from accident.
2. Replaced the bumper and done a masive cut in the bumper and could see the marks of the saw. That cut they said was done according to the manufacturer template for the tow bar. But it's done on the wrong side, as I have no access to the electric plug. So can't tow anything.
There is the metal part where the tow bar gets inserted that now is sticking out of the bumper and to cover the mess they painted it black.
3. Wheel trim arch on driver side was loose after fitting the bumper, was only fixed on the day of collection as I pointed out, by glueing to the bumper.
4. All the nuts caps from the wheels were dirty with some kind of paint
5. Car was returned very dirty inside on the driver side and outside, with spider webs on the mirrors and very dusty.

For all of this I have proof of photos taken right outside the garage

Just picked up my car which was fixed by Fix auto Elgin. Very good communication and updates throughout the whole process. Staff were very understanding and helpful. Car looks like brand new. Whole experience was easy, trouble free and quick. I would highly recommend this garage

Repair very good , work 100%, paint on my keys and key ring , dirt on carpet and sill, very minor but attention to detail is important , highly recommend though, staff very helpful and communication excellent

Picked up my car and did nothing with it for almost 2 weeks. It was a bumper replacement and it came back fitted incorrectly so now needs to go back again. They also drove it to one of their locations an hour away despite there being a local location.

Car delayed 24 hours to go through quality control after repairs..
Then found bonnet badge missing.
Waiting 4 weeks after repair for this to be rectified..
Quality control didn't pick up this omission I had to!

Unfortunately had to put my car here for repair. They were very rude on the phone. Twice I went to check my car after being repaired. And twice it wasn’t repaired correctly. More damage caused to the car while in this garage. Paint work full of runs. Panel gaps all wrong. New bumper not even bolted on correctly. Paint flaking off of newly painted bumper. When confronted about all this manager Brian said it was my problem not his. Very poor customer service. Definitely would not recommend anyone using this garage unless you want very poor quality of work. Avoid at all costs

The repair took a week longer than expected.
On pick up Apart from the repair area my car was dirty and dusty and needed taken straight to the car wash it was also covered in bird poo.
I gave four stars but had my car been washed for collection I would have given five.
