Such a great service. Dropped off my curtesy car, which was immaculate, plus I live an hour away from Elgin, then dropped off my fixed car, and had cleaned it too! Kept up to date with emails and phone calls. Answered the phone quickly too.

Exceptional
Exceptional, service with Courtesy car option if required, I have used them on 2 occasions now the work is absolutely fantastic. The last repair I had done the I surance wanted to write off the vehicle, however it was looked at by fix auto who, said it was repairable and they sorted all the stress with insurance company, the car was turned around in a fast manner and looks like new.

Car had damage to the rear bumper.

Beware if you are a paying as opposed to insurance customer
Respray well done, eventually Took car in on a Monday but garage commenced work on the Thursday when it was at the top of the queue.I was a paying customer and no curtsey car available leaving me to hire a car from the monday. Had this been better organised I could have put the car in Wed evening this saving me 3 days car hire.

First class job
I put my car in to Ashgrove for a repair to the car boot.
I haven't had any dealings with damage to my car before so I was a bit worried but the very helpful wee lassie in reception explained everything.
I now have my car back, washed and cleaned inside.
The job took three days from start to finish. I was kept informed of the progress at all times and the finished job was excellent. The icing on the cake was that I was also supplied with a beautiful hired car.
First class all round

Multiple things left unfinished or incorrectly aligned when the vehicle was returned. Took ages to get it back in and then returned with marks on the car I was told to remove myself!

I am absolutely disgusted at the mess that my car was returned in. Damaged parts put back on...dents on new parts...a dent on my door that wasn't there when i put it in...rough work done round my reverse censors...I am trying to contact my insurance as I not accepting this mess. When i took it back the guy could see immediately the mess so why return my car to me in this mess. Awaiting contact with my insurance

Got the job done when others wouldn’t
After an other body shop had refused to fix my van because it was a special edition model. Ashgrove took the job on with enthusiasm and got to work straight away. Knowing the parts were hard to come by the explained they needed to strip the van first to make sure the correct parts got ordered. They tried endlessly to get the correct parts going to other venders others wouldn’t entertain. Great feed back through out the process. My van came back in better condition than before the accident. Top job.
