Second time my car got repaired with them (neither times were my fault) and both times they’ve done an excellent job. Turn around was quick and arranged drop off to be ceramic coated as well. Thank you & Highly recommended!

Organisational and communication issues
1. The car pickup was missed within the 4-hour window, and I wasn't notified. When I called, I was informed that the driver couldn’t make it, so the pickup was rescheduled for a week later.
2. On the rescheduled pickup attempt, the driver had issues with the courtesy car insurance and had to leave without my car.
3. I arranged with the driver to call me to reschedule so I could drop off my car in Forest Hill myself. After 4 days without receiving a call, I contacted them myself and arranged the drop-off for a week later.
4. I was informed that repairing the bumper might take up to a week, depending on parts delivery. After a week with no updates, I called to inquire and was told no information could be provided on when the car would be ready. Despite requesting updates, I received no further communication, and there was a lack of apology or explanation.
5. On the day of my car’s delivery, I was asked by email to sign the courtesy car agreement, which I had already signed two weeks earlier when I dropped off the car.
Work done on car was very good so that’s why I gave it 2 stars.

Sometimes it’s unnerving doing car stuff as a young woman but I was made to feel very comfortable and everything was explained to me.

Collision damage repair
My car went in for a repair on the back light and back wing which was damaged when a lorry went into it. The repairs were carried out to a good standard and it looks as good as new again.
