Do not use this garuge as I was recommend from admril to go here and they said the car was ready after 2 days after 3 times they told me car is ready.
When they dropped the car off was in such a poor quality finish and did not fix all the issue also damaged the door after speaking to the garuge they said they will get in contact never did they did not care or still have not called me so taking it up with the insurance know to get there car fixed from another garagem

We apologize that you did not receive the level of service you expected. We have reviewed all the communication with this and the vehicle appears to have had poor previous repairs which were not part of the accident damage as deemed by your insurer.
On reflection, after the event we should have perhaps have invited you down to fully view the vehicle with us so before starting the repairs, so you were clear on what was going to be repaired.

I was kept up-to-date with the process and when I collected my car it was spotless inside and out.

Fix Auto Loughborough are fantastic
I would give them 10 stars if I could. I was involved in a car accident and my insurer used fix auto to fix the damage. I have never heard of them but I can't fault this company from start to finish. We reported the accident Wednesday 15th they called me and collected the car on thursday 16th they called me again Friday 17th to say what they were going to do to the car and that all parts had been ordered and they would start work once parts had arrived and I am pleased to say we collected the car today Friday 24th. All staff we have had contact have all been very professional and polite and even issued us with tracking details of our repairs brilliant company would highly recommend.
