All my repairs were dealt with Phil and he’s a lovely and friendly guy. He kept me constantly updated on all my repairs and he did a great job on my car too, everything was done the way it was suppose to and i’m happy that Phil made sure it came out spotless. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience. Phil from Fix Auto Cheshire has been brilliant in keeping me updated with the progress of the repairs and completion date (better than the insurers). I particularly loved that all contact was over WhatsApp, this is so practical and convenient in the current climate. But Phil was always at the end of the phone when I needed to call. I be also had brilliant but aftercare and help since receiving my car back. Thank you for making the best out of my bad experience. I would highly recommend and would use again if needed.

Phil and his team were exceptional to work with! The repair work on my car was completed quickly and to a really high standard. Buffed out other little scuffs on the car for no extra cost + sorted out the collection & return of the courtesy car!Phil was really polite and professional! will 100% be taking my car back for any future body work/ respraying in the future! Fantastic service! I had an accident and was put in touch with Fix Auto Mid Cheshire by my insurance, my car was picked up and I had a call with Phil about the damage to my car, I was kept up to date throughout the repairs and then Phil was even kind enough to arrange for my car to be brought back to me - good as new! Our whole experience was fantastic, from the first phone-call with Phil we knew we were in safe hands, communication is what most impressed me, usually it’s a case of ringing asking for updates but Phil kept me updated every step of way which I really appreciated, He definitely seemed to go above and beyond, A part for the car was potentially going to take a few weeks to arrive from Germany but Phil managed to chase this therefore I had my car back earlier than expected! My car was returned absolutely sparkling, full clean and valet which I’d not expected, the whole experience was smooth, friendly and professional, would highly recommend to!
