Brilliant Experience
We were sent to Fix Auto in Northwich by our insurance company and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Phil, who is a great asset to the company, kept us updated all the way through and the car was ready earlier than expected. It looks like new and was valeted as part of the service. Great job guys!
Fantastic customer service from Phil and the team from start to finish. Phil was patient and proactive in dealing with the painstaking process of getting authorisation from my insurers. As for the body work itself, my car came out the other side immaculate, accident? What accident? They clearly take pride in their work and the results are obvious. Phil was taking me through the work which was done and the attention to detail is incredible. Many customer experiences today leave you cold and it's frustrating how eager companies are to send out customer feedback forms. I'm not expecting any feedback questionnaire from FAMC as I'm sure they know they are good.

What can I say? Fix auto mid Cheshire. They were actually worldie. Impeccable communication, car looks brand new, sexi, cleaned in and out. My Vauxhall Adam was a girl before she had the grace of meeting fix auto mid Cheshire, she returned a woman. Damn. Phil, the man the myth the legend. I think he’s the manager not sure, but what a guy. Helpful, kind, with great communication and manners, far from the usual gimp you have to deal with. You’re in safe hands with these guys. Whip gonna go in as a bashed in citreon c1 and come out a Lamborghini. All jokes aside that’s just my sense of humour. But I’m actually talking truth. Thanks guys. Happy Easter

Insurance repair after a rear end shunt. Regular and comprehensive updates about repairs, friendly, genuine concerns about getting it right. Advised me on a separate job that could have taken a large amount of my cash. This honesty saved me hundreds of pounds of unnecessary repairs. That alone says you should consider this company for auto repairs.
