Without doubt one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. From the first contact, Phil was very informative, provided regular updates and even came to collect my van.
When collecting, i was very impressed. The work completed is excellent and a extra special touch it was fully valeted and smelt amazing.

Volvo V90 rear bumper replacement
After reporting a no fault claim to my insurance company Phil at Fix Auto, Wincham contacted me and made all the necessary arrangements including car hire etc. First class customer service with excellent communication. The actual repair to replace Volvo V90 rear bumper was faultless. And a full valet! What more could you ask for. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service. The care and precision is very much appreciated. It was a tricky dent/ scraping on the side door, rust building up and not looking very good at all. But, I arrived back to see it totally transformed. They are certainly expert artists that really take their time to ensure the work is to a high-standard. Will certainly come again.
