My father wanted to say how pleased he was with Fix Auto, Mitcham, for the restoration of his Ford Focus following an accident. The staff were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and a credit to the Company. The repairs were carried out to a high standard and in quick time and the Company are to be congratulated and highly recommended.

Fix auto mitcham repaired the front damage on my Corsa,was amazed by the fast service and full valet. Would recommend to anyone.

The Guys at Fix Auto have been wonderful, l have been Ill for over 6 months and sometimes had to cancel my car going in, all along they have been so understanding,They kept in touch all the time.
Eventually got the car repaired, they did an absolute excellent job, and not only that they valeted the car.
It looked excellent like Brand New.

Excellent service and the repairs to my car were first class - they even cleaned the inside of the car which was an unexpected bonus. The office staff, especially Chris, were most helpful and courteous.

I have recently been involved in an accident and had to get my car repaired. From start to end the service Fixauto Mitcham provided was perfect and really professional.
The call to book for the repair, the reminder they sent before they came to pick up the car, the day they came to pick up my car and the call I received today saying that all the work were done and that I will receive it within the day, all the services were great. Thanks Rav and the team for repairing and dropping my car. The repairs were done in 5 days including the weekend so I am really impressed and the thing that made me even happier is that the car was so clean inside and out too!!!

Good Quality & Quick Repair !

I had some body damage to my car along with a tire issue and was very happy when it was returned to me looking brand new.
Further to that, they delivered my car to my door after the work was done which was very convenient.
The turn-around time for the work was within what they quoted.
Only small issue was getting an appointment there which I had to wait quite a while for, but perhaps that's testament to the quality of work they do.

100% trust this garage because they are polite, professional and get the job done!

Just got my car back and I am really impressed with the work! She looks brand new, also got a lovely wash & vacuum.

I was very impressed with how professionally the company dealt with me, the way the delivery man who took & return my car..plus how good the repair on my car. Very good...

Offside front wheel was damaged. Once I collected my car from them, no damage found in offside front wheel and just assumed the wheel was repaired and hence collected the car. However, I later found that the damaged offside front wheel was just exchanged with the nearside rear wheel without being repaired. Called garage immediately and they agreed to get it being re-fixed but the BID is one month later. It is their fault and they intend to cheat me, hence they should get it done immediately but they are not. I am very disappointed for their cheating action and their response.
