Extra care for vehicle
My car went in after an accident,and the damage parts was duly fixed,I must admit,but i discovered my gear box is worn down more,my hand brake was pulled up, more than I pull it,led

Repairs seem to be good quality…
Repairs seem to be good quality although replacement tyre is cheap. Swapped Pirelli for Nexen.
Reception team are friendly and helpful. Driver also very nice.
Communication not so good. They said they would keep me informed of progress, next thing I’m told my car will be dropped back that day (now!) and keys posted.
Car was very dirty inside and was told it was like that when they got it. It was not.
Refused to tell me what repairs were done, would only tell the accident management company. So how do I know what’s under warranty??
Just seemed awkward really.
Benefit of the doubt to the garage that it’s actually the accident mgmt company with the red tape. The people I spoke to were generally very polite.

Rav was very helpful and very polite.
My car was picked up repaired and delivered back. I’m very happy with the work and with the garage. Jason delivered my courtesy car and brought my repaired car back. Very pleasant and friendly man. Great service.

There are obvious gap in the panels…
There are obvious gap in the panels after the repair, car needs to be sent back for re-fix. I have called and emailed, waiting for a response for a date for further repair.
Other things is that they did not call you on the day of collection and pick up, which means that you have to wait at home for the whole day. The other garage will call you 30 min before so much more practical.

FIx Auto were good at coming to take…
FIx Auto were good at coming to take the car and drop it back.
They kept my car for more than a month despite the small damage which is outrageous they could have order the car parts before taking the car or give me an estimate waiting time
I have to chase them up for an update all the time

Repairs were well done
Repairs were well done and completed earlier than forecast. A minor electrical fault caused me to return the car however this was dealt with immediately and courteously.
