Great Service
Having initially been prevented from repairing my car by an unhelpful insurance company an excellent job was done by a very helpful bunch. You'd never know that the dent had been there. It is always worth discussing options with Fix Auto if your insurance company isn't helping!

Unfortunately the insurer process meant we send the images of the car to them prior to the car coming on site. In the case of your car they decided it was beyond economical repair so our involvement seized at that point. Hope my phone call to you explained this. Bodywork repair after a minor accident
My car was repaired by Fix Auto after a minor accident that necessitated bodywork & wheel trim restoration.
Check-in was simple and a clean courtesy car was provided.
Three weeks later I collected my repaired car & it was in excellent condition. It had also been valeted.
All communication watchful and friendly - they were nice people to work with and I would happily recommend them.

I would give 5 stars for the work
I would give 5 stars for the work. The finished work is excellent - you'd never know that the car needed extensive work to repair the boot and bumper following a rear-end shunt - it was an insurance job. The reason I gave 4 stars overall though was that the parking around the site was terrible (I'm surprised we got out without a scratch!) and whilst the vehicle was with them for nearly a month, we only had one update. I would recommend and use again though!

Good repair, but long time
Company Car. Took over 3 months to get the car in, then was told the door would be replaced to fix the problem. Had the car all week, didnt get it back until sat night and i needed it sat. work didnt start on the car until end of week. Door was repaired not replaced by looks of it. repair looks good.

I do not have any issues with auto fix
I do not have any issues with auto fix, all contact was extremely helpful and professional. However the complete experience was somewhat tainted by enterprise rent a car, through disjointed communications between them, auto fix and the customer. This left me somewhat bewildered as to what was going on during the operation .

V happy repeat customer
I have used Fix Auto in Newbury twice now, once when my wife had an argument with a car park wall and once when I hit a deer. Fast service, was seen for my car to be assessed the same day I called, estimate received same day too on email. Quality of workmanship seems to be very good and a big bonus is the pricing is not unreasonable (some others in town should take note). If I ever need car body repairs again I will definitely call these guys again.
