A wonderful team
All the staff involved in the repair of my car when it got hit were so helpful. They came and collected my car and dropped it off too once it was repaired which was a lifesaver with a young baby. The car looks really great, maybe better than before? The communication was great, I never had to chase and was kept up to date throughout. Everyone I spoke to was kind and never made me feel stupid like I’ve experienced previously being a woman dealing with a garage. I’m very grateful for all your hard work and wish you the best.

I’ve had great communication throughout, they kept me informed of every process and stage, great people to deal with, staff are lovely and gave me great confidence in them!
I had a quote on the day, and it was very competitive!
Hopefully, I won’t need to use them again, but if I ever have to have a repair on a car they would be my first choice, they come highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fix Auto are an excellent firm to deal with having polite and informative folks on the end of the phone. We were kept advised by text of each stage of progress regarding the repairs being carried on our car which took a lot of the wondering and worrying associated with waiting to get the car back in the road.
The quality of the repairs was exceptional and our car looks ‘as new’ once more. Gary, who was responsible for collecting the car for repairs and delivering it back once done was very helpful and is an excellent ambassador for the company.
10 out 10 for everyone we dealt with over the phone. This really is a breath of fresh air in providing top class customer service.

When we took the car in we told Freddie we had an inquest on the Monday and needed the car to go there. He said he would try.
Sure enough Friday we got a call, paid and the car was delivered clean and tidy and available for the inquest. Thank you Freddie and thank you FixAuto

Picked up my motorcycle from Fix Autos…
Picked up my motorcycle from Fix Autos Oswestry after they had repaired it following an interaction with a careless driver.
The repairs were excellent as was the whole experience of dealing with this company . From start to finish, communication from front of house through to workshop and management was speedy and efficient. Thanks to Martin and co for making the experience stress free and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this outfit.
