The office staff seem overly busy and not that attentive.

The repairs were completed to a high standard and I was kept well informed of progress.
Little disappointed with the arrangements for the return of the vehicle after completion of the works. Works were completed on a Thursday but vehicle was not delivered back until the following Monday

I found the company was very thorough, efficient, and caring.
The most important part was the car was collected from my address and brought it back to me. I was going to be away for an extra week and they were very accommodating in keeping the vehicle until I returned.
