A Satisfied Customer
Fix Auto were easy to contact and were happy for that to be via email or by telephone.
When I received an alert (more than once) from the manufacturer that the car's battery was in critical condition the company responded and dealt with the issue. The company could easily have reacted in a less positive way.
The handover was comprehensive and prompt after the repair had been completed.
I have driven the car for a couple of weeks since the repair and I have had no issues, nor any alerts from the car's computerised systems.

Very slow service
I left my car for repairs. Just a small scratch on the front bumper. I was given an estimated date for completion of repairs in 2 weeks. Now I can't take my car back either. I ve had the same issue repaired by other garage within 2 days. Unfortunately I had to go to them through insurance. My car was damaged in mid June. They gave me an appointment for damage inspection early July. I brought my car for repairs 19th of July. Repair to be completed 2nd of August. Very very very slow service.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. I understand this may have been a frustration situation and I can only apologise for the delays. I can see that the claim was logged in the month of June and it was classified as a drivable vehicle that means it does not qualify for a straight forward booking, so we offered you the next available day for estimate in order to pre order parts. Now that the vehicle is already on site are are in progress towards the completion by the first week of august subject to the final QC.
All that matters to us at fix auto is to do a quality work and not rush into anything so you do not have a reason to come back with any faults and we would rather prefer to take our time and be happy and satisfied with the work we carried out so in turn you are happy with the work too.

Great service once again
Following recent works on my car, I realised a slight issue. To be clear not with the work carried out but with a marker used on my windscreen. This could only be seen when the car got wet.
On contacting the customer relations manager, he quickly looked into the possible cause and gave a solution.
They were flexible and got me in, in a few days. I was greeted well and my vehicle in and rectified in an hour.

I apologise for the delays that happened but please be advised as this is an insurance work we could only do what has been authorised by the work provider and the sensors on your car was initially not a part. The insurance engineer later made a decision to authorise it after they decided to take the vehicle to the main dealers for further diagnostics which took all the time.
rest assured you have a 5 years of repair warranty for the repairs carried out and should you have any concerns or require any support in the future, please let me know directly.
