Fantastic work and service
Just picked up my car after minor repairs carried out by fix auto Redhill. The work is impeccable, the handling of the booking was excellent and they gave me an electric courtesy car which was clean and economical. Highly recommend using them.

Good communication and amazing workmanship
My insurance company used Auto Fix to mend my car after it had been hit.
Autofix Redhill were amazing came and collected my car within a day leaving me with a curtesy car. Communication was very good and answered all my queries.
Within 2 weeks my car was delivered back to me. The work was done to a very high standard. The car had been cleaned inside and out and was gleaming.
Would definately use again and would recommend this company to friends and family.

Best repair to my car by professionals from start to finish
I damaged the left rear passenger door of my Toyota chr and Kevin was so helpful suggesting different options and prices. After 5 days with Fix auto I picked up my car and it looked like new! I was so happy with the professionalism of Kevin and both the lovely girls on reception, who were professional, friendly and followed up all my queries. Would recommend them unconditionally.

Very helpful and friendly
Very helpful and friendly. Popped in the other day to ask for advice about car damage, following a very minor accident. I wanted to know if it would be necessary to claim off insurance, or if it would be a fairly cheap repair. The man set about re-clipping my bumper back and then got a polisher out and polished the scuffs etc. The result was quite amazing. Yes, as he said, to do the proper repair it would need a new wing panel, but as a stopgap it’s good - and he charged me nothing for his trouble! Definitely recommend Fix Auto

Excellent communications and handling of repair. From front office staff (Millie and Kia) to the repair consultant Kevin. Repair was handled quickly and to a high level of which the technicians are to be commended. Highly recommend should anybody require this type of work.

Excellent Service and very high standards
I cannot fault these guys and would like to thank them so much for the amazing service. I dealt with Kia to book the car in and between her and Millie, they stayed in touch and kept me informed. Kevin called me to explain what would be happening with my car and kept me updated. Dee delivered the courtesy car with a smile and Michael picked it up when delivering my car back and they were both absolutely lovely. My car has been repaired to a very high standard. Hopefully I won’t need a Panelbeaters again, but if I do, I would only use this company. Highly Recommend. Special thanks to Kia for her kindness and excellent standard of service !

First-class!
Not only a beautiful repair job for our BMW - but also kept us informed on timings and progress throughout. And pulled out all the stops when returning the car to us, so that we could have it back really early on a Monday morning, for us to use for our driving holiday. Can't speak highly enough of their first-class back-office support, and their close liaison with the friendly and helpful guy who delivered the car back to us.

Helpful and professional service
Despite experiencing a delay to parts being delivered, the team was great at communicating with me and endeavouring to help get my very damaged car repaired before its MOT expired. I did have to reach out for an update once the car was with them, but other than that I can’t fault the service and my car looks as good as new.
