Top repair service from all involved
Fantastic repair job done by the guys at M&M. The 2 delivery gentlemen were lovely, kept me updated on my delivery time and even parked the vehicle back on my drive for me. Special mention for Judy as her customer service skills were fantastic and she really went above and beyond when I needed to get my vehicle back. Thankyou all!!

I can highly recommend M&M
The staff are incredibly polite, friendly and professional. I was dealt with promptly each time I went - to get the estimate, leave my car and subsequently pick it up. The job was done very well and my car came back looking like new, inside and out - thank you for the excellent valeting. I think they went above and beyond and were very understanding when I had to change the date my car went in. I should like to say a particular thank you to Jo, who did an amazing job.

Recent Car Repair
The majority of staff were friendly and easy to talk to during my car repair.
They kept me up to date while I was waiting for my repair.
A little disappointing to find out after the repair was completed about a separate issue found during a diagnostic test. I would have appreciated being informed about the separate issue found but I was only made aware when I picked the car up on completion of works carried out.
I was a little shocked to pick my car up with no fuel in my car and the fuel gauge was showing Red. I did ensure that their courtesy car on return was filled with fuel.
I was satisfied with the repair.

Shocking service
Shocking service. Vehicle collected but not looked at/assessed until 10 days later. Vehicle then took another 10 days to ascertain further damage and another 10 days before vehicle returned - not on the day stated but a further 3 days after.
Staff always very polite.

Good afternoon Melanie. We are sorry to hear you were not happy with our service and thank you for giving us the opportunity to review. There may be some misunderstanding as we were notified by yours insurers on 1/7/23. The visual assessment was carried out on 3/7/23. Your insurers had confirmed that the vehicle was roadworthy and a hire vehicle would be provided when in for repairs. On inspection (3/7/23) we informed you that the vehicle was not legally roadworthy and managed to do some temporary repair to keep you mobile whilst we contacted your insurers to confirm this, so they could sort the hire for you, and once in place we would collect. After chasing, we were advised on 12/7/23 to send the assessment and obtain authority and parts, then arrange to collect your vehicle. As some of the parts arrived on the 19/7/23 we arranged to collect your vehicle on 21/7/23 and provide you with one of our courtesy vehicles, the remaining parts were due in the coming weeks but felt it was unfair for you to wait. Repairs were started and the finals parts arrived on 17/8/23 enabling us to complete the repairs on 21/8/23 and hand over to you on 22/8/23. Again we do apologise for your inconvenience.
M & M were faultless.
M & M were faultless in their handling on my Insurance repair. I initially chose them as they were located in Leek where I live. They were prompt in getting in touch once chosen. They kept me informed and updated on how my repair was going and they even finished it a day earlier than planned. Good job done as well. Wouldn't hesitate using them again.

M&M were absolutely fantastic
M&M were absolutely fantastic in not only fixing my car, but taking on the third party insurance battle on my behalf.
During my last few weeks of pregnancy they took all the stress of the claim away, liaising with the third party on my behalf, which was invaluable and so very much appreciated.
Special mention to Jo for taking this on, and keeping me up to date throughout.
And to Ade and the team for fast tracking my car through, so that I could have it in time for baby coming home!
