First class job wouldn't hesitate to use again .

No communication, This phone number 01914172677 there will not answer phoned 15 times over 4 days. Had to drive to Sherwood’s to talk to them

I can honestly say I have never had a better experience in relation to a problem with my car than with this brilliant garage! They went way above and beyond expectations and Marc the manager was absolutely fantastic! If every repair centre had a Marc at the helm the industry would be a far more pleasant place. It’s easy to judge a garage on what they do right however when something goes wrong and you are handled with just as much care and attention after the bill is paid is very rare and that’s what happened here. We had work carried out on the car a few months prior, so when a suspected electrical fault occurred and the car wouldn’t move, I assumed it must be linked to the repairs carry out previously, Marc bent over backwards to help as my wife was stranded in Sunderland with our 3 kids in tow, he stayed back after his closing time to make sure we all got sorted (first class👌) and done so without any pressure from our side. To top it all off it came to light the next working day that the issue had nothing to do with the fix they had carried out and was in fact a faulty battery. For the garage not to fob us off like many could have done and treat us the way they did we will always use them going forward and be recommending to our family and friends. Thank you for setting the standard of how every garage should be 👍

I had my Mercedes GLA repaired at Washington Fix Auto UK 05/12/2024 .Mark from the body shop greeted me & had a look at the area needed repairing & informed me my options what could be done with the car . My car was repaired to my requirements & I was highly satisfied , I feel that Mark dealt with me in a very friendly/honest & efficient manner, I found it refreshing . I would highly recommend using this garage anytime , Fix Auto UK was recommended by my insurance company & I am glad I trusted their choice .

My car is as good as new. Came back detailed & was delivered to my home. The cost for the service I received was very reasonable. I would return there no question, should I need to.

My experience had a good beginning. The car was collected soon after the accident.
However it was always very difficult to get in touch with the repair department to get updates.

My car was no fixed to a high standard as I was promised, but was in hospital when thay dropped it back off and just got out last week so was too late to complain

Absolutely fantastic service! They repaired damage to the front of my car and you would never know it's been repaired! They picked up my car, dropped off a courtesy car then delivered my car once repaired! Zero hassle! Not only that it was valeted and cleaned, the car looked brand new again! Couldn't recommend enough, I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future!

Marc, was brilliant. Super helpful from start of communications until the vehicle was inspected. He very kindly sorted the issue with no fuss and with a very clear explanation. Would strongly recommend.
