First Class Service Start To Finish
3 days before getting out new car our car was hit outside our house most damage to driver wheel axle arch sills quarter panel areas. Our car was brought to this garage from insurance company, not gonna lie was a bit worried as never heard of it before. After being there a week we made contact and spoke to the manager Marc, what can I say he put us at ease almost instantly.
Marc kept us in the loop the whole time it was there, it was a bigger job that was anticipated and was one of those jobs that found more and more problems every step forward but Marc was straight with us from day dot and there was any false promises, It did take longer than expected but that was not Marc and his teams fault that was ford as it had to be all Ford parts going back on and took forever for them to deliver parts.
Last Friday our car was delivered to Ford as we were picking up our new car, Ford could not believe it had even been in an accident and could put it straight on the forecourt because they washed and give it a full valet before taking it so that tells you how good the job was. Wish I could of attached photos to show you.
I honestly cannot thank Marc and his team enough, they have worked so hard in turning this around for us and would definitely recommend to anybody. 5 star service from start to finish
