Superb
Superb! I collected my fixed car on 14th April 2026. I couldn’t be happier with the entire service provided. Dee and Lorna on reception were really helpful. From the minute I dropped my car off all was well. It was assessed thoroughly and promptly. I was provided with a courtesy car and although the work took a bit longer than I anticipated, I was kept well informed. The standard of work completed on my car was an exceptional standard.

NFU approved the repair almost immediately. The service I received from Fix Auto were 1st class
The reception staff Dee and Lorna were very professional,friendly and helpful
They kept me informed every step of the way regarding the repair on my vehicle.
Up on collecting my car after the repairs were done.
I was very pleased with everything , the car was immaculate inside and out .

Great efficient service and nice staff
Great efficient service here - was worried my car could be a total loss but Fix Auto sorted it with brand new parts and the car looks as if nothing ever happened! Dee and Lorna were very welcoming at reception and explained the process to me really well as this was my first time having to have any repairs done on my car. Would definitely revisit if I needed to :)

Excellent quality repair
My car was in for quite a major repair. It was finished on time to a high standard. I was kept informed of progress during the repair and had a courtesy car for the duration of the repair. Receptionists Dee & Lorna were helpful, friendly and informative.

My car looks like new
My car looks like new, great paint job.
There was a small problem with an electric window but was soon fixed.
Very friendly staff and Dee Lorna at reception was most helpful.
I Would recommend FIXAUTO for repairs.
