Great service after a slightly shaky start to do with availability of courtesy car!
After that everything was exceptionally good- good communication and repair carried out on a reasonable timescale

I recently used Fix Auto Weston-super-Mare for vehicle repairs, and overall, I had a positive experience—particularly with their customer service.

Dee and Lorna were outstanding throughout the process. They responded promptly to phone calls, provided accurate and clear updates about the progress of the repairs, and were always professional and courteous. During in-person visits, the waiting times were minimal, and everything was handled efficiently, which made the experience much smoother and less stressful.

That said, there were a few issues that could be improved. The repairs took longer than initially expected, which was somewhat frustrating. Additionally, there was a delay in the provision of an automatic courtesy car. Given that customers have different transmission preferences and requirements, it would be beneficial for the company to increase the availability of courtesy cars, particularly automatics, to better accommodate a wider range of customers.

Overall, the excellent customer care provided by Dee and Lorna stood out and made a real difference. With some improvements around repair timelines and courtesy car availability, the service would be exceptional.

The repair was to my front bumper, where they have matched the metalic red colouring perfectly. Before returning my car to me, they cleaned it inside and out!

A stand out performance from start to finish from Fix Auto Weston Super Mare. Clear communication all the way through, what was happening and when, planned timescales were given and adhered to. Very fair in what work needed to be done and felt like quality was always put over saving a penny here and there. Car was handed over valeted and looking superb. Made clear to contact of if I had any issues or concerns after collection and none so far. Tip job and exceeded expectations. Well done Dee & Lorna and all the team that worked on the car.

My car was bumped, and the other guy's insurance made all the arrangements.

From the moment i walked in, everything was very efficient. The receptionists were fully informed of who i was and what was required. My car was repaired when they said, returned to me, and it was washed(bonus!).

Richard was very helpful and diagnosed and fixed the problem with my rear seat mechanism in a few minutes

Great experience from start to finish with this company, my car looks great after being in an accident they did a fantastic job. I asked them to do some extra privately paid work to my car and the finish is exceptional. Great communication from Dee from start to finish. Would definitely recommend FixAuto.

Front office staff very helpful and I was always kept informed of the cars 'progress'. My car was away for several weeks because the bodyshop were waiting for a (very small) part, so not their fault!
Pick up and delivery service was very good.

The repairs were carried out efficiently and to a good standard, I experienced a bit of adelay in the car being returned, though I think this was due to timing of certain parts arrival.Updates and paperwork handled efficiently by pleasant staff, Dee and Lorna

The checking in for the repairs to my car was very quick and easy. The estimate was given there and then and agreed in very short time by my insurance company.
The work was completed within a couple of days and was perfect.
Many thanks to Dee, who helped me with the return of my car and collection of the courtesy car , as I was unable to make the swap myself. A very helpful lady with a pleasant personality and a great sense of humour. The whole experience was painless and pleasing.

From the first contact by phone to collecting my car at the end of the process I was very impressed throughout with all the staff at Fix Auto. Reception staff Dee and Lorna were really helpful and very friendly. They were good at explaining the procedure for getting my car assessed and fixed. They also reassured me when I received some confusing/conflicting information from my Insurance company. I also spoke with the assessor Shaun who was also helpful and friendly. My car was repaired very quickly, much quicker than I had expected and I was very happy with the end result. The efficiency and speed with which our vehicle was repaired was second to none having been damaged criminally in a local car park . The politeness of the staff at Fix Auto in particular Dee and Lorna in handling our claim supplying a courtesy car was exceptional.

Excellent service from initial phone call to handing my car back to me with warp speed repair done fantastically.
Even though the courtesy car was Diddy small the repairs on my car were completed quickly and all done with great professionalism with Lorna & Dee on the reception making everything run smoothly and the whole experience effortless and efficient for the customer

The friendlinesss of the staff and their understanding of the Situation.
Lorna in particular was brilliant, so helpful and good at keeping us in form of the situation.
As it was a new car and for some reason manufacturers do not make parts for new cars, it took 6 months for the repair to complete. Whiich apparently is a common problem these days.

I have just received my car back after a week in the body shop as a result of someone revering into it whilst it was in a parking bay. When I picked it up the entire car was cleaner than the day it was delivered brand new and the repair job is so good you'd never know. I also like to say thanks to Lou and Dee in the front office keep everyone updated and on track.
