Really quick and friendly service from everyone. Kept informed throughout my repairs

Communication was excellent. I would like to thank Debbie in particular for her support and for being so efficient. The repairs to my car were carried out to a high standard. I would very much recommend Fix Auto Worsley.

I had my car repaired by this garage through my insurance. I must say the service is excellent, they always answer the phone within a few short rings and are very helpful. I was regularly updated about the progress of my repair.
The car was delivered and the repair was faultless. I would have no hesitation in recommending this repair centre.

This company are very courteous and responded in a fast and efficient manner. The car when I received it back was like showroom new, GLEEMING.

Outstanding service! Fantastic friendly customer service. This was my first (and hopefully only) experience of needing work on my car and I can't thank these guys enough. The service was quick and I was well informed throughout. I was nervous about driving a courtesy car but reasured and my anxiety was understood and not dismissed as being a little over the top. I am so impressed with the work to my car and as a lovely touch it is now cleaner on the inside and outside than it has been for a long time!

They really went above and beyond for me and my car. I used them initially for an insurance claim, but walked me through my courtesy car and were very friendly. On my way back to the garage, I went over a pothole and blew out the front tyre on my courtesy. They came all the way out to replace the tyre for me when it wasn’t really their problem, super friendly service & would recommend!

The team were friendly and efficient, came back with a very competitive quote and had the car sorted using under 48 hours even had it cleaned and washed ready for collection.

Great professional job from start to finish, I recommend this company highly.

Quick quote and fitted me in quickly. They took an extra day longer than they said however they did a good job at a reasonable price. They also cleaned inside my car.

Fix Auto carried out an insurance repair to my vehicle’s tailgate and rear bumper.
The quality of the repair was superb and done in a timely manner.
The receptionist,Debbie,was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process and did not need to be prompted.
The drivers who collected and delivered my car were friendly and would engage with you.
A nice touch was that the car was valeted throughout.
I have not experienced such excellent customer service in a long while.

Good communication and quick response, all procedures are smooth.

My claims management arranged my vehicles credit repairs through Fix Auto Worsley. I was first contacted by Debbie for the vehicle to be collected and then Sonny turned up later in the day to collect the vehicle. After my vehicle had been repaired, Debbie contacted me to arrange for the vehicle to be dropped off, which was delivered by Sonny.
My vehicle had been valeted (very nice touch) and the car was back in pristine condition.
I would fully recommend Fix Auto Worsley, as they provided a very professional and friendly services

I sent my car to Fix Auto Worsley for a repair of the nearside front door following a recent non-fault accident. They offered a collection/delivery service to customers which was indeed very convenient. Pre- and post-repair communication by the front desk staff (Debie) was excellent and accurate. The repair work was executed in a flawless and professional manner. No residual imperfection was noted after the repair. The staff also gave my car a good clean and wash which was a commendable perk as well. I’m genuinely impressed with their workmanship and would definitely use their service again in the future. A huge shout-out to all the staff involved, from collection, repair and eventually delivery of the vehicle. A sincere thank you for taking a great care of my vehicle.
