I sent my car to Fix Auto Worsley for a repair of the nearside front door following a recent non-fault accident. They offered a collection/delivery service to customers which was indeed very convenient. Pre- and post-repair communication by the front desk staff (Debie) was excellent and accurate. The repair work was executed in a flawless and professional manner. No residual imperfection was noted after the repair. The staff also gave my car a good clean and wash which was a commendable perk as well. I’m genuinely impressed with their workmanship and would definitely use their service again in the future. A huge shout-out to all the staff involved, from collection, repair and eventually delivery of the vehicle. A sincere thank you for taking a great care of my vehicle.

I had my car fixed through Fix Auto Worsley and they made the experience so easy from start to finish. Debbie the receptionist was so amazing in providing necessary updates and information about my repair, and when I got my car back it was factory fresh and perfectly done, with no signs of repair. Absolutely brilliant company. I purchased a brand new Audi and after 24 hours was hit by another car. Fix auto did an amazing job, they checked every part of the car and returned my car to me like brand new. Debbie and the engineers are very professional. It was a frustrating experience. I had to call multiple times just to get updates on the status of my car repair, and the dates kept changing. This caused a lot of stress, as I had to repeatedly contact both the courtesy car provider, Auxillis, and my insurance company to extend the courtesy car arrangement.

They are responsive with their communication, they accommodated for my situation with home courtesy car delivery and pickup and did a good job repairing the damages.

I was contacted straight away and invited to take my car that day for them to assess the damage. They informed me that they would contact me after the parts arrived so I would not be waiting. Once they had arrived, which was super quick, I was booked straight in. The morning I took my car I was greeted with respect by all I came into contact with, as I was when they assessed the damage. The work was completed very quickly and I had my car back within days, I was also provided with a courtesy car.
Debbie who runs reception was an absolute pleasure, she’s a lovely lady and kept me informed at all times, which made my experience exceptional.
The day I collected my car, to my amazement it had been valeted which I really did not expect and Sonny, who is also amazing made sure I was satisfied with the results which I was. Overall my experience with all of them was amazing.
